Didn’t receive our deserts! We got home expecting our order to be complete, realised they hadn’t given us our ice-creams x2. Absolutely disgraceful. We ordered, and the wait was long and, didn’t give us all of our dips either. No straws were given for our drinks. Other than that, food is okay.
I stayed from 1230-1330 for lunch today. I’m fully satisfied by the cleanness. I have to say I’ve been to many different Mc Donald’s locations and most of the tables are always greasy, crumbs every-where and the toilets are always stinky. I randomly went to this one in Birchwood and it is absolutely clean. The staff clean every single table as soon as someone left. I saw the staff moped the floor and swiped the trays. I used the toilet and I can tell it’s been cleaned by the smell of detergent. The staff said good bye and have a nice day to everyone. I’ll definitely come back again if I want to eat Mc Donald’s.
We had a slight problem when ordering at the widness branch and our food was sent to Birmingham. This was apparently an app glitch, however McDonald’s Customer Service refunded the money straight away. I hope the person in Birmingham that got our food found it was enjoyable.. it was also handy to be able to speak to the restaurant direct by phone lovely friendly chap said he was aware of what had happened and apologised
If your wanting your food before Christmas don't come to this mcdonalds, also if your wanting some of your order to be wrong or missing even after waiting so long this mcdonalds is brilliant for that you also get to wait all over again just incase you enjoyed waiting the first time
Ordered on the app, sat at the table waiting got brought a bag with the wrong food in, took back to the counter to change. Then got told the coffee machine wasn’t up to temperature so the latte i ordered would have to be a milkshake or frappe. The bacon was inedible it was that fatty and the hash browns were freezing cold. Had to go to costa and pay again for breakfast and to actually get a coffee and edible food

On my way to get my Macies and I suddenly spotted a light flickering constantly. The workers aren’t doing anything about it by calling the council to sort the problem out. But they want other drivers to get blind when they are going through. Like I’m saying a flashing light is a hazard and it’s dangerous as well. It’s not right
A great restaurant with a spacious airy feel. The staff were very efficient. Our four totally different meals arrived at our table in about 3 minutes. The place was spotless, and the toilets smelled clean and fresh. There is time limited parking. Definitely worth a return visit.
In the queue of the drive thru the other day, I watched the man in front of me try to give the code for his app order. The girl kept hearing it wrong. He remained patient and polite, but she got it so wrong she had to put him on hold and go get help. I switched my engine off, thinking it might help her hear him better. She came back on and explained she'd have to redo his order manually. He still remained patient and smiling, gave her his order again and commented he'd lose his points on the app now. In all this had taken about 5 minutes. (not that long I hear you say) but bear in mind this was the drive thru and giving the code for his online order should have made it seconds not minutes. We both moved forward, my turn to give my code, his to collect his order. I heard him say, I'll just have to reorder then, and he left with receiving his food. When I pulled up to collect my food. I complained on his behalf, they said the headset the girl was using made it very difficult to hear, so it wasn't her fault. I suggested 2 options, get a better headset or send someone out in person to take orders. This was just ignored.
