Had the most gorgeous meal at the Swan for lunch. I came with my dad and everything we had was perfect. Our waitress Laura was very attentive and really lovely. Just so lovely and it made our experience a whole lot better. Thank you very much.
Lovely little pub near Warrington — really nice and chill atmosphere. We had the prawn and chicken dishes with some drinks, and everything was great. The staff were super friendly and really looked after us. Definitely worth a visit!
Absolutely gorgeous food and couldn't ask for better service, Dalton our server is so lovely service with a smile and very welcoming....came for our anniversary and the desert defeated us!! The apple pie is bigger than you think......definitely having another visit next week.....the belly pork is a must, highly recommend
Had breakfast here as a part of the Premier Inn deal. The cooked breakfast was really good, came out quickly, and the unlimited coffee was surprisingly good as well! Staff was lovely and the music was great/chill for the morning. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick stopover.
Long wait for food & drinks, people seated after us got served meals before us, hubby wanted mix grill was told didn't have it, so ordered medium steak which came well done, I ordered the chicken/ham hock pie with mash & veg which when came veg was all dried up & cauli was almost black, dried up mash obviously been under heat lamp a long time, i only ate the filling from the pie, we had to ask where our food & drinks were, waited a long time , it wasn't even busy this was 5pm we had already waited 40 mins as when we arrived was told table not available til 5 as staff were taking breaks. After complaining about the food and the fact we had waited a long time we was not charged for it. Sadly won't be returning as it completely ruined our evening. Obvious staff issues at bar , 1 bar staff that was serving customers & doing drinks for table orders hence a 25min wait for drinks to be brought to table.
Our experience starting off not too good. We had booked a table for 4 for 2 adults and 2 children and when we arrived we were left stood st the entrance waiting to be seated. There was lots of waiting staff buzzing around but no one spoke to us. We therefore decided to go and choose a table as were told to return to the entrance to await being seated. Once we were given a table it was a very pleasant experience. The food was gorgeous and served piping hot. The waitress that we had was very efficent and polite. The kids enjoyed it and so did we. The final thing to mention is that the male manager was very abrupt and unprofessional. He spoke to his staff like dirt and even us as customers like we were a hinderence to him. Without customers he wouldnt be a manager. Overall i would still recommend the place as the food was good the venue is nice and its in an excellent location only minutes from the motorway.
Friendly staff and food was tasty and delivered in a good time. Only disappointment I had was that the dessert I wanted was out of stock and had to opt for something else but other than that had no faults whatsoever. Would highly recommend.
