Totally disgusting, took over an hour to arrive despite being quoted less all goods were cold and prawn crackers were stale,. ribs were scraps and rice stodgy. Definitely gone drastically downhill. Only used cos it was a Tuesday and competition closed. Would not recommend.
Awful. One of the worst chinese meals I've had. Our normal chinese takeaway - Neighbours was closed so we went to jenerics after not being for a while. It used to be a decent place to eat but we'll never be going back. They don't care about the quality of the food, all they care about is making money and constantly upping their pricing. The service on the phone was rude and ignorrent. Not one ounce of customer service skills, very blunt and mumbly. If you want a decent chinese meal, try Neighbours in Orford. They are well priced and actually care about the quality of food they are serving.
This is now a very overpriced Chinese food delivery service and I would suggest they think through their pricing going forward. Jenerics Fearnhead used to be good and reasonably priced but this is the last time I use them. Nothing excuses exploiting the customer.
Me and my husband booked a Chinese order of just eat. This order went to the fernhead branch for some reason. In which we live in chapelford. Why would we order the food to fernhead? That's because we didn't. The girl we spoke to was so rude and awkward. Basically telling us to go through just eat. Did not help in any way shape or form. Why couldn't the chapelford branch make? Very poor service, we will not be returning.

Never ordering again! I used to occasionally order and food was alright but not any more. I ordered hot and sour soup from here which tasted like pure vinegar and immediately after eating a bit of it (not even half a bowl) I got food poisoning! Frankly I am reporting this to food standards agency. Not only does the place have bad hygiene but it is also expensive! & when I went the time before (october/November) they charged me the wrong price compared one listed on the menu! When questioned them about it over the phone we were told that the new menus still haven't arrived with the new prices but they still had the old menus out with old, cheaper prices on! Frankly this is false advertisement. Unacceptable and illegal! The place has gone down hill massively. Shame.
Just had sausage and chips from here. I should have read the reviews. Expensive, can live with that, sausage was ok but the chips were awful, truly awful. The best way I can describe them is that they were the cheapest oven chips which were fried. If you like good chips avoid. If like ok chips avoid. They are chips for heaven's sake how can you make them so bad?
