   I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit to your establishment. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The pub boasts a fantastic atmosphere, and the staff were consistently pleasant and professional. I was particularly impressed with the competitive pricing of the lager and the quality of the pizza. My only minor suggestion for the pizza would be to ensure a more even distribution of cheese, as a small portion of my order was left with only dough. However, I was quite disappointed with the portion size of the chips. The cost of £4.50 for what appeared to be a very small serving was unexpected. A selection of hot sauces wouldn't of gone a miss!!! Thank you for your time and consideration of these comments.

   £16.45 for this tiny portion of steak and chips. Don’t even get an any salad with it. Wasn’t worth the money. Came out still hungry.Will not be going there again.They had run out of Sunday dinners. Football was on so very noisy in there.

   Let's start with the positives the steak pie was delicious front of house was pretty good friendly and accommodating and have some really nice draught bitter. Now onto the negatives, the Sunday roast was cold and missing cauliflower cheese that was ordered to come with, the food came out in disoray out of the 4 dishes that was ordered to the table 2 came out together then over half an hour after we asked where the other 2 were they shortly arrived the pub wasn't buissy. We stayed and ordered pudding after 25 minuits of waiting we were told they had ran out of what we ordered. This was a shambles so we tried to make a complaint and spoke to the front of house manager, she was friendly and tried to sort the issue but as it was kitchens fault she said the kitchen manager refused to come speak to us and said we should email a complaint. With I could give better reviews nice pub just a shame about the kitchen would go again but wouldn't order food unless it's the pie

   This pub has improved massively since last time I went and that was when it first opened The service was fantastic from a young blonde girl (I didn’t get her name) confident , polite and has great customer service skills The pizza was amazing too only down side it had a little too much seasoning on it but still edible One fault but it’s Holts fault not the pubs but the Diamond and Crystal lager is absolutely terrible and needs actual draught beers

   Been here three times now and each time has been really good. Food is great and the staff are brilliant, very helpful. Eight of us had a Xmas drink plus food and not one complaint. Definitely will be going again.

   I had steak pie, very good, lots of meat although the chicken kebab my friend had looked delicious. She sed it was. Our waiter he was lovely and friendly.the bar staff were nice and smiley too. Lovely lunch xx
