   Order via these regularly. Did the same last week and after waiting 2hrs I rang the shop I ordered from. They forgot my order and processed it as complete and clearly wasn’t. Told them to cancel it (didn’t want to wait another 45mins) and to issue refund which they said they would. Reported to Wigan eats via the app also. Since then radio silence from all especially Wigan eats contacted them as soon as it happened via the app. Then sent them an email as it states on the website a couple of days later and again via the app. Over a week and nothing whatsoever as a courtesy, acknowledgement or if this is being dealt with. Quite happy to take your money, good luck getting it back.

   Placed an order through Wigan eats and I wasn't happy with what was sent. I rang the restaurant to request a refund and was told to request it through Wigan eats.... It's been 4days and I have had no reply to my emails.

   We've been using Wigan eats more than any other food app. Used to use The bigger Apps, Much cheaper here. Good range of takeaways available Do yourself a favour and compare the prices on each App, You will use Wigan Eats

   I love the concept, you don't have the mark up prices like other platforms. You can get un advertised items as a special for wigan eats. It is unfortunately limited not Wigan eats issue simply majority of locals haven't joined

   This is a very good, local service with a user friendly interface and good service. The choice of places to order from is great and in my opinion it opens up access to new and innovative companies and cuisines you normally wouldn’t find on other takeaway apps. I’ve discovered several very good places through Wigan Eats. Never had a problem. Keep up the good work.

   Used quite a few times for some restaurants who have dropped off of the other app rhyming with "MustFeet" and gotta say, prices seem to be better and a noticeable improvement in delivery times.
