Pizza not well done as asked for. Paid for extra pepperoni but only one piece per slice and even less pineapple. I have to say the flavour was so good will order again making pref known
Usually no issues but today waited almost 2 hours for the delivery. Restaurant’s phone is off and messages wont send on facebook. Food is amazing but surely you would contact your customers to ask them if they’re ok waiting so long. Especially regulars. Not even a free garlic bread for the wait either.
Ordered online via uber, it was their own driver doing delivery so live tracking was not available. Waited nearly 1.15 from ordering to check the app, the window of delivery they sent was late by 20 minutes. We called the restaurant and was abruptly told to speak to Uber. We then called back and explained it’s your delivery driver so uber can’t help, we were then told they tried to ring which they didn’t. They then finally agreed to remake the order and said it would be 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes later and then it finally arrived. In total it 2 hours and 25 minutes for the order.
Really disappointed in this place usually really good, can’t fault the food but forgetting half my order and having to wait for more to arrive while my other food is getting cold was really frustrating. Food is great from here too. I understand it’s a Saturday night but I’ve paid for food online through their own website so it’s not like I can get a refund easily like just eat.
I am very happy I have found the takeaway every time they food has been very nice I have injured it every time you get a lot for your money they taste of the food is fresh and warm the delivery driver have been very lovely and the food does not take long to come I will be coming he again take you very much
Pizza was tasteless. Wasn't fresh, i paid for extra cheese never got. They don't use mozzarella cheese. The 3rd meat of the mixed grill wasn't large that i paid for also the meat was tssless apart from the kabab meat. Chips was like bricks. Very bad tasteless food. Driver didn't even find my address. I at come out looking. Food was 90% terrible. One of the worst I've ordered from for taste. No flavor to anything very bland. Cheese was horrible. Nothing in food tasted fresh or off anything. Only kabab meat that had any flavor. But was very oily at that. Definitely 90% really had food.
Excellent quality food all fresh and tasty I will 100 percent be ordering again from here. The staff I spoke to were really friendly. The delivery took a while but when I first rang to place my order they did advise me on this and said they were busy so I can't complain. The food still turned up piping hot.
The food is really reasonably priced and very tasty. The premises look fantastically clean and hygienic compared to a lot of other takeaways in Wigan too.
Oh… my… word… That was FANTASTIC. Hot, tasty, great delivery. Loved it. Mixed House kebab, spicy calzone, nuggets and chips for the wee man, and two pasta dishes. A cream sauce one and a spicy beef one. My only comment (not criticism) is that I would have liked a little more SAUCE in the pasta dishes. They were excellent, my fault really as more a pasta bake than a bowl of pasta and sauce. Will definitely be ordering again.
