   I have been to this establishment several times in the past. I placed my order for collection. On arrival I realised it was not correct and addressed them about it. To which the owner told me this is what I had ordered which confused me as I know what I eat it’s the same thing all the time. Instead of admitting the mistake his demonstrated poor attitude and told me I would have to wait 20 minutes which to me was strange as it wouldn’t take that long to remake the order. To then tell me he’s only seen me in there once. Good customer service cost nothing!

   Went last night (11/12/23) with my very hungry pregnant partner and can say we was more than happy with the food. The 2 chicken kebabs, despite being regulars, were very generous, cooked to perfection and were very tasty. The salad was crunchy and fresh, and the beef burger and chips were spot on according to my dad, the cans of pop were icy cold which is always a bonus. The service was polite, friendly and very swift and they was even nice enough to throw in a free garlic bread much to my partners delight. Would highly recommend and will certainly be going back again !

   Yeah don’t bother. Food was good but I’m after service as well as good food. After they tried charging me £1 per sauce pot which was going on the kebab anyways just didn’t want it on the kebab then tried explaining to me that sauce pots are very expensive. I’m sure they are but I’m sure they don’t charge £1 per sauce pot. They probably cost 5p per pot to buy. Then tried saying to me we’ll have you seen gas and electric prices, like any of that is my problem. I’m here for some food not for you to complain about gas prices and pot prices. All I asked for was sauce on the side. Food was given to me in the rudest way. Put it on the table and say “ here you go” that was it. Joke of a service.

   Been going to Ozzys for 4 years, new owners now so gave them a try several times, very disappointing. Every time we ordered same pizza it tasted different every time, try it for last time today as my order was 1hour late, I had to ring them, and they hadn't even started to make it. On arrival the driver was great, but the special chicken kebab wasn't so special in fact it was a tray full of chicken and slop, the onion and whatever else was in the tray was sitting in a tray full of mush and oil, the pitta was dry and like cardboard i might have well eaten the tray it came in would be better. Ate the chips only as I thought I wouldn't get food poisoning from them as the chicken Kebab looked undercooked and rushed. We won't be using Ozzy's every again, very disappointing service and food now.

   Phoned directly to the shop,spoke to someone, never actually listens to the order, waited 50 mins as informed, gets it wrong, I rang up to be told the orders on its way , re confirmed my order as the cost didn't seem right to find out food was missing from the order, confirmed I wanted the remaining order, spoke to delivery driver, its been 1hr 25 mins since, I have phoned up asking where it is and they didn't have a clue how I ordered and I just got its on it's way, ridiculous. I'm not holding my breath that's for sure. What's annoying is foods good when they actually get it right.

   So I went to collect my order at 7.05pm like it said on Just Eat app. When I got there the man in the shop said it has been ready for 15-20 mins and it is cold now so I asked why did they not update the app or contact to me collect our food earlier and he said you wanted it asap so I said yes but when you confirmed the order on the just eat app said 7.05pm so he said he would have to make me fresh food which was good of them. So, I said OK I will come back in 10 minutes I went back after 10 minutes and it was wasn’t ready for another 30minutes. I understand they was busy but in total for our food we had waited 1 hour 45 minutes for our food when we chose collection. When we got home to eat our food the pizza was rock hard, burnt and crispy. It was not fresh at all like they said they said it would be, it was cardboard like it had been re heated this was not a fresh pizza it was hard. The kebabs were very dry like it had been heated also and was like rubber and same with the chips they was just crispy and it was all freezing. We wasted over £26.00 worth of food as it went in the bin. My children also threw there's in the bin too. It's the worst takeaway I have eaten in a very very long time and I won't be going again.
