   The food was lovely with the exception of the chips which were to me under done. I had chicken bhuna which was tasty, didn't taste like bhuna but I guess it varies with each place you go. Other than that the staff were friendly and the rest of the food was tasty. The atmosphere was good also. There were a few people in the restaurant all chatting away whilst tucking into their food.

   Love this place. The food is always excellent. Staff are attentive and cope amazingly well with a big group and multiple orders. We like the traditional style of decor and good service, much better than neighbours run more on a fast food style. We plan to be back soon!

   I used to come to green cardamom regularly with a large group, every birthday, celebraton and we even came at Xmas day once! Ashton and haven’t been for a while, and After ordering delivery today after telling everyone how amazing it was,I’m not sure I’ll return. 1hr 45mins for food, was told for 25 mins it was with the driver.. attitude on phone was so bad. I rang after 58 minutes to ask when I can expect it, and was told ‘it’s not due for another 2 minutes’ and then proceeded to wait another 45. Yous think after all of that the order would have been right, but was still missing all the dips ordered and paid for with the poppadoms. Food was nice but nothing how it used to be, won’t be returning after this, service was shocking. Over £30 for 2 people a curry each and couldn’t even put all the items paid for in the bag.

   Nice little Indian restaurant. Service was quick. Very reasonably priced. Curry was nice,not spicy enough for us but that's a personal preference. Poppadoms, chapati, nan,etc were all very nice. Doesn't serve alcohol only soft drinks. You are allowed to bring your own beer,wine,etc with you. Parking isn't great. Park in a nearby side st.

   Arrived 25 minutes late and stone cold. Phoned to complain. Just got told we would get a discount next time we order. Was also told it shouldn't have been cold. Won't be ordering again, rude and unreliable

   Just received 2 chicken tikka kebabs, ordered online through the food hun for delivery. £15.85. When we first opened them we both said these look really nice. Chicken had lots of fat and although it looked cooked it tasted rubbery and uncooked. Was quite shocked after hearing good things about thos place. Won't be ordering again. Just hope we aren't ill from it.

   As we arrived the first member of staff to greet us was pleasant, but that was as good as it got. The order was taken quite well, we eventually got a soft drink, and a glass for my beer, this seemed a little difficult. The starter were brought out without any niceties, the server was quite surly. When we had finished the starter itself, although we did have dips and some poppadom left these were whisked away with an "are you finished", no chance for a reply. The meals were ok, but not up to previous standards. We were asked at one point if everything was alright as the server shot past not waiting for any reply. We have had good service in the past, but this time was very disappointing and will probably be our last visit.
