The driver struggled to find our property but was very apologetic and kept in contact with us to let us know that he was trying to find us. He was very polite and we even received a phone call from the takeaway offering us fresh food (which wasnt needed). Can't fault the customer service.
We ordered from their website which stated half an hour delivery. After an hour we phoned them and were told it would be 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we called again and were told it was on the way and would only be 4-5 minutes. It turned up 25 minutes later, over 2 hours after we'd placed the order, so presumably they hadn't even started making it for the first 80 minutes. To make things worse, the food wasn't even nice. One pizza had toppings on that we'd requested to be removed and also had a weird plastic taste. The meat on another was very dry. One of the garlic breads had a strange taste. We ended up throwing a lot of it in the bin. We would never, ever go here again.
Ordered a takeout and after almost 2 hours of waiting I called the restaurant to enquire where the food was. Call handler didn’t even ask my name and put the phone down. 60 seconds later a text came from just eat saying “order cancelled”. Second time this place has done similar, but it’ll be the last. Disgusting people. Avoid like the plague.
Ordered via website at 17.30, at 18.40 rang to see where it was, told 15 to 20 minutes away. Rang at 19.10 and told 1 to 2 minutes. Finally came at 19.20 nearly 2 hours later. Asked for 1 of the burgers with no cheese but there was bits of cheese all over the chips and bits on the burger and so my daughter couldn't eat it. Also no Mayo sent with the tenders. Always liked to food before but considering not ordering again, nearly a 2 hour wait isn't good enough
My new favourite Italian. I ordered a carbonara - perfect amount of sauce! And came piping hot so I could transfer it to a plate without losing heat. Well seasoned with a little pepper and not too salty even with the bacon. And on top, I made a special request for the ‘flag style’ bread instead of a cheesy garlic bread and received both. Wow. Thankyou!! Delivery time was fast! I was very well fed and excellent service (such a friendly delivery guy!). 10/10
Off the cuff visit due to early dart from work. Really happy with the food. The garlic bread starter was lovely and the mains were great too. Service was exceptional. Can't remember the waitresses name (sorry) but she was brilliant. Pretty sure she's the owners daughter. Dead good fun and a great hostess. Good pint of peroni too!. Recommend highly 5*
We’ve been trying to work our way through all the restaurants in Ashton since we moved here last year. A really lovely place. Decorated beautifully. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff friendly and welcoming. The prices were really reasonable as well. We will drive back one day
