Waiting time is ridiculous while it's not busy at all. Tables and floor dirty with the food leftovers. Disgusting place. After waiting 20minutes for our food my husband went to a counter to get cold burgers. Food was returned for refund.
I usually order from this McDonald's using the mobile app and pay in advance, but the order accuracy is consistently disappointing. Almost every time I collect my food, something is missing - for example, just yesterday they forgot one burger and two fries. This isn't the first time; honestly, out of five visits, at least four have had missing items. I've learned that I must check everything myself before leaving, and it's really exhausting. There was also an occasion when my husband went to pick up the order, and again something was missing. When he pointed it out, the staff member was quite rude to him, which made him very upset. I hope the store can improve both its order accuracy and customer service, because this recurring experience is really disappointing
Very much done with this company as a whole. Goodbye McDonalds. Half order was missing as soon as I got home and checked the bag, a McSpicy and medium fries was missing from the bag. The delivery orders have essentially ruined these restaurants because the staff are just scrambling to put together orders at the front, so regular paying customers just get screwed.
So im living in platt bridge for 6 years , and my kids love McDonalds. But this year it started to have a very bad service, they never put dips and tissues , or they can even change your order . Sometimes the quantity of food they can decide their self not by how its in order . People are not nice , just 2 womens there when you go inside they clean tables , they are lovely , but over staff its disrespectful!
Turned up at the drive through and waited till two other cars that turned up after me got served Eventually gave my order Went to the pay window and paid. Moved through to the food service window and asked for some ketchups which they gave me. The server gave me the order which I checked and there was a cheeseburger missing, I informed her so she asked for my receipt which I gave to her. She said it’s not on the receipt so I’d have to drive around again to get it. I explained that I knew I’d ordered the burger and retorted that if I did that then the food would get cold. So I pulled up and went into the restaurant and placed the order I waited and got the burger, whilst there the girl that served me so I explained that I had ordered food from there before only to discover items missing when I got home which is very frustrating. I was angry and unfortunately I swore within my conversation, which I regret and am sorry for. Sure enough, I got home and the food was cold so was thrown away. The lettuce on the burgers can’t be put in the microwave for food safety reasons I was made to feel like I was trying to get a free burger and felt that I could have paid for the burger at the window and resolved the matter more quickly After being ignored at the drive through and being spoken to by a member of McDonald’s staff and made to feel like I was trying to get something for nothing, I won’t be returning to McDonald’s again. Firstly because I don’t like wasting money and am deeply disappointed in the third rate service I received. Please accept my apologies for swearing but I won’t be returning to any McDonald’s restaurants ever again
Ordered via uber eats atleast 5 times in the last few months. The sauce is always missing. Even sauce we pay extra money for! I do believe some people who work at this McDonald's do this on purpose as they resent that people are ordering from them and getting the order wrong is some kind of power stance.
Absoloute disgrace . Every single time I order from here there is always items missing from our delivery. Impossible to get a refund from uber eats and mcdonalds are not interested. I used to think it was the delivery drivers but now it's quite clear that its the mcdonalds. Today was the worse . Ordered my son a cheeseburger happy meal when it arrived it was a empty chicken nuggets box with a piece of cheese in. Absoloutley disgusting how they can do this to children. Its like they are doing it on purpose as it seems like almost every review on here has missing items too. This place needs to be reported
Visited the drive through. Waited 10 minutes in a waiting bay. Checked contents of order once home ,order was incomplete. Rang restaurant and was told on my next visit I could have a free burger.... ehh ...wouldn't be free I'd already paid for it on this visit. Didn't receive an apology and when I asked for the colleagues name they hung up ... Great customer service Platt Brige . NOT
Excellent service during peak hours. Staff are like a well oiled machine, all working super quickly and barely making a sound! That's a good sign of efficiency. I have been here a few times and food has always been perfect. A real diamond in the ruff. Customers on the other hand where so disrespectful, huffing that their order isn't ready in 2 seconds during peak time. How stupid can you get ? The actual problem is delivery orders soaking up capacity but that is in every McDonald and deffo here to stay so get used to it thickos.
Always good at McDonald's and even better with the new app for rewards to get free food. Staff went above and beyond. We spilled a coffee that we purchased and the staff were more than helpful. Cleaned this up for us and replaced the drink free of charge.
