Ordered a set meal for 4, it was delivered on time, well packaged and delicious. Very good value for money. The ceylon curry is highly recommended
Placed an order was told to an hours wait which we did then they cancelled the order five minutes to us collecting it, when I called to find out why they said I can put it through again if I like but the wait time would be another hour! Terrible service !!!!!!!
The food from here is absolutely delicious. I could not fault it, however the staff and nothing less than RUDE. We ordered our food on just eat. the restaurant then called us to confirm our order. that was twice we confirmed our order. when the food arrived over 90 minutes later we had 4 items missing. we called Aroma to br told that Leigh is too far from them so we had to contact "just eat" if we are too far, then surely they wouldn't have delivered to us in the first place!!!!!! such a shame as the food was perfect but the attitude of the staff ruins everything. we paid over £60 for food and the attitude was appalling
Very nice Indian takeaway, food always tasty and hot , comes in the time frame given , very good prices , ignore the rating as its far better than it suggest.
Really lovely food and is my regular. Nice and friendly delivery drivers! Recommend the Balti Taj Mahal super delicious and the garlic nans are amazing.
Even though our order was slightly late tonight (new year craziness) our food was still lovely and the restaurant kept us updated. Thank you Aroma and thank you to the delivery driver! Happy new year!
Aroma has to be the worst takeaway in Golborne! Cold mushy chips and rock hard 3 week old donner meat. Avoid like your life depends on it. Also customer service is none existence and rude.
Regular customer, food always good but decided on a large chicken kebab and was gutted how little chicken was on it.
Shocking service tonight. We order every week never a problem. Today we got 2 donner meat and chips. Selected large for both trays to arrive half empty. We rang up to speak to them explained we order all the time and never had a problem before. They made no offer to rectify this what so ever they just said they'd have a word. Clearly customer service means nothing to this take away.
We ordered our food with a confirmed delivery time of 7:50. The food did not arrive until almost an hour later. The restaurant is only 1.5 miles away and we only ordered 2 curry’s and 2 rice. When I called up at 8:10 to ask where it was the gentleman on the phone was very short with me and said that it would be 5 mins, yet it still didn’t arrive for another 30 minutes. The food was piping hot however, it was the first time I’d been disappointed with a curry I’d ordered. My chicken tikka masala was tasteless, watery and oily. My partner also said the same about his chicken makhani. It was not worth the wait. We won’t be ordering again.
