   Absolutely disgraceful meal for £20 we stopped to get a meal and drink no one in when we were there food ordered and out to us in 5 minutes of ordering. Chips were cold we had the bacon and cheese fries they were cold the cheese on the burger was solid bacon looked like it had been quickly shown the grill. Never ever have I had a meal so bad whilst out and travelling. Dont think I'll ever eat at Burger King again.

   Burger King serves flame-grilled burgers with great taste. The Whopper is filling and flavorful. Portion sizes are generous. Better burger variety than many chains. Good value for money. Worth visiting.

   We visited this Burger King on 22 October 2025 and one of our meals — the Steakhouse Angus Burger — was missing from the order (see attached photos and receipt, Order #1077). We submitted a complaint through the official Burger King portal but haven’t received any response. We even went back to the restaurant, but the staff said they couldn’t help because we didn’t have the original bag as evidence — which seems unreasonable, since we had the receipt and photos showing the missing item. The rest of the food was fine, but the way this issue was handled was disappointing and quite ridiculous. I hope the management improves their customer service and communication for situations like this.

   Stopped here with my family for a quick lunch. Bacon cheese burger was stone cold and extremely dry, cheese hadn't melted, bacon might as well have not existed with how little there was. Got served empty cups with no explanation. Only redeeming quality was the loaded fries, which were also stone cold but at least had some semblance of flavour. Service was okay, got served within a reasonable time. Much better burger kings elsewhere, not worth anyone's time.

   Drive through service brilliantly quick. Steakhouse ChickenBurger was a new experience. Got to say it was lovely. Fries a bit tepid and bland with quite a few of those black bits that your mum used to cut out . Very expensive for what you get .

   Absolute horrible experience at the burger king tonight. Just finished work after 10 hours at work and just needed a quick bite. When you're starving, you do not expect to sit in a drive thru queue for 15 minutes when there are only 3 cars in it! Food all over the floor and after picking up the 1 portion of fries I ordered, guess what? Cold. Walked them back in... Bunch of kids listening to loud trance music. Didn't apologise, and took longer than necessary to replace them. Just look at the mess on my pictures. I will never eat there again.

   Definitely the best drive thru experience we have had in a long time. We were there for brunch just before 10.00am today and were served by the most delightful young lady, decked out in a colourful and cheery Christmas sweater. She was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and our food was piping hot and very tasty. Portion size was much better than McDonalds too and 5 stars are well deserved.

   Kids meal on menu says it has a toy although didn't get a toy... Chap on the desk said they discontinued them, I checked online and it was 3 years ago that they stopped giving toys. How can a digital menu on a TV screen not be updated by head office in 15 minutes? Leaving it on for 3 years is only to scam customers into buying this for their kids..... No other reason.... Burgers were tasty although expensive...

   Where do I start. The whole car park was a complete mess. The guy serving on the drive thru, (when he came on after we waited for about 5-10 mins) sounded absolutely depressed. We weren't told how much the full order was, we were just shown the card reader to pay. Then the whopper came on a dry stale bun so I had to park up and walk back in. This was then replaced with a bun that was equally stale but looked like it had been through together (probably because we went back to complain about the first bun!) All in all, not a nice experience. I wonder if anyone at Burger King will respond.
