    Ordered ahead, staff were friendly but no sprite available. My sandwich was half out the bread upon unwrapping and most of my selected salad was missing.

    Nice and clean location with fresh food, good portion sizes, and quick service. Everything was great ! Except the staff gave off some strange vibesβ€”felt a bit awkward with the way they looked at us. Nothing major, but worth mentioning. Otherwise, solid experience overall.

    I order from her quite a lot and never really Had a problem barring today ordered through Uber eats and they have gotten my food wrong had some werid sauce instead of chipotle southwest and my drink even tho everything was right on the receipt!

    Average food , the staff was just messing about with a spider that was bought by one of the member of staff boyfriends and he come in to show it off ! This first of all is unhygienic and secondly a fantastic way to scare off customers , They was a bit tight in the salad portions too OVERPRICED AND UNDER DELIVERED Next time I might ask for the special 8 legged freak 6in sub

    Just been in at 14.05 on 15th March. No customers waiting to be served, 3 people behind the counter. I went to the beginning of the counter where there was a girl putting out some cookies. I stayed there until she finished the tray, she then picked up another tray and started to empty that one, I must admit I was a bit gobsmacked because I was being ignored, she finished that one and started on another, at that point, I left. Absolutely disgusting

    On Saturday 11 th March about 1:40 pm , I ordered some sandwiches for myself and family, a girl behind the till said I could go upstairs and I went upstairs and their was a worker up their tall blond hair , it said on his badge Dylan , he shouted yo ,you can’t come upstairs and cleaned , my partner was disgusted that we paided a lot for our meals , but the girl downstairs said we could go up , we was confused with one is it , we can or can’t go up ???? So we ended up taking our food home !!!

    Terrible customer service. I have never known a subway branch with such rude and unhelpful staff. The server appeared to have no interest in being helpful in anyway, refused to change the salad options on my sandwich due to apparent cross contamination for the oven she used, yet put my partners sandwich in the same oven with different fillings. Furthermore the fact she can raise the issue of cross contamination seemed laughable when looking at the salad sections each one had a mix of other things in, my partner was unable to get red pepper on his sandwich due to the fact it had onion in the tub and he cannot eat onion or food that has touched it without becoming ill. I appreciate if set sandwiches cannot be changed however there is no need for the staff to speak to customers as if you were an inconvenience to them and use reasons of things like cross contamination when they visibly had no issue with causing this to happen in the salad section

    Absolutely disgusting service from the women with dark purple/ brown hair. Messed both of my orders up and then instead of redoing them gave me loads of attitude and just threw cash at me. Horrible way to treat customers when it’s their fault for messing the order up. Should NOT work in customer service especially with food! I have an eating disorder and they made me feel so awkward. Would suggest anyone with an eating disorder to stay away whilst people like this are employed.

    Food was okay however the 1 star is due to the cashier Leah who was without doubt the most negative individual I've ever met. She grunted throughout the entire transaction and ended up charging me twice for an item. Then, when I pointed this out, she tutted and said "you'll have to wait". She was also rude to other members of staff. I genuinely had to check under the counter to make sure nobody had a gun to her head forcing her to work. If you don't like your job Leah then make like a tree and leave!
