   First time going out for Christmas Day dinner and so glad we chose the Harvester. On arrival we received a lovely warm welcome. The three courses of food were excellent and we were looked after brilliantly by the whole Harvester team. Thank you for making the day so special.

   Excellent meals here today (yet again) at our local Harvester Apollo, Westbrook. Crispy Chicken fries. Gammon with all of the trimmings and Fish Chips and Peas were our main orders today, always served nice and hot. (Oh and Treacle Sponge and Custard!) Fantastic food, which is always cooked to perfection We were served and looked after brilliantly by Ryan (always smiling, helpful, knowledgable and cheerful) and his friendly Co-workers. Nothing is too much trouble for them all. We will certainly be returning! Festive menu available from today .. 11th November 2025 Thank you all very much Karen & Tony xx

   We really enjoyed our meal at Harvester, we went for a family birthday meal, the food was excellent we all enjoyed our various meals and the salad bowls and refilable drinks was excellent value for money, service was brilliant as we had a party of 11 and no problems, we will definitely be going again :)

   Manager was very rude to use throughout the evening. We asked to split the bill between 3 families and she refused and asked us not to order on the app. We didnt eventually order separately but the manager wasn't happy and she asked me again why we had put in 3 separate orders for 1 table. No plates or bowls in the salad bar. Again she was very abrupt and rude ans asked me to sit down at the table. We had to wait 15 mins for them to provide clean bowls for the salad bar and 45mins for our main course. The food was terrible. The chips were really dry and taste like cardboard. My steak wasn't rare but very over done and dry.my wife's burger was also very dry and tasted very stale. My daughters meal was also not edible. Terrible food and service. We most definitely won't be back

   Went with my partner for a midweek meal. Food was really tasty and the staff are always really friendly and always on hand to help. If you can't be bothered cooking after work then the Harvester is a definite go to place for food and friendly service.

   We come here once a month and we are always made to feel welcome. The food is reasonably priced, cooked to order and always nice. The staff are fantastic - especially our favourite Katie. There are regular money saving offers to entice us and these are much appreciated in these difficult times. The restaurant is clean and comfortable and there is plenty of parking. Well worth a visit.

   The table was ready and we were welcomed by the host. We were served by Ben who was very professional and courteous, he explained the process and was very helpful. Heidi delivered our food, she was considerate and professional and the whole Eve being was lovely with the care of the team. The meals themselves were exceptional, really tasty food and of course great selection at the salad bar. It was great to see the open kitchen and the whole restaurant was spotless and outstanding. We had a great night, thank you.

   Visited today after a trip to the nearby IKEA was served by Sophie who was very helpful and friendly. Food was lovely very filling. Good value for money.The garlic bread was a slight disappointment but everything else was fab! Great place for families, spacious and the re fillable drinks are a massive plus. Salad bar was fresh but was disappointed it didn't have any type of Lettuce.
