   Wigan Nando’s is probably one of the best Nando’s I’ve been through the years. Staff are always friendly, in true Nando’s fashion get asked if the food is alright with a mouthful. Always a speedy service whether it’s eat in or takeaway, very clean and kept tidy. Also having an allergy it’s reassuring that the manager takes the order and the food prepared separately.

   Amazing food. The service could do with some remedial restaurant training. They brought out our starters with our mains, even though we clearly stated we wanted them prior to our mains. I understand the place is staffed by young people, however instead of sitting and talking amongst themselves, they may want to check the table and see if everything is ok at least once during the meal. One would think for the price, one would get the service as well.

   I visited Monday evening (21st November). It was ok! I had an olives starter, followed (very quickly) by a half chicken, garlic bread & coleslaw main. It took a few moments to be acknowledged. When I was it was friendly enough, I was told to take a seat anywhere available. After I ordered the starter and my refill glass came quickly. My main followed very quickly after that! So much so that I had at least 2/3rds of my olives to eat. By the time I started on my main it had cooled somewhat thus reducing my enjoyment of it! The staff were friendly but lacked the energy, the bounce in their step that many of the other Nando’s staff seem to have. I won’t be in a rush to return to this particular Nando’s it certainly hasn’t damaged my view of the brand. It is just lacking those touches you’d find in the Leigh or Middlebrook branches. (Ps I would love to see the hot drinks options return, I am aware this isn’t branch/visit specific, and it hasn’t affected the score)

   Very basic fast food. You would need lots of ketchup to swallow dry burgers, otherwise place is nice but next time i would rather go to Mcdonalds

   Food is not brilliant Staff need to pay more attention to how long the food is left unattended underneath those heat lamps-over sat for 15 minutes underneath the heat lamps fetched on my table some of it was cold and the rest of it was dry . really disappointed as a potential to be great Wiggin restaurant need to up their game

   My favourite chicken liver is back! They threw in the mango vegan ice cream for free. Very glad that they included a vegan burger in their menu. I’d have preferred if they didn’t pull the blind down. Wanted to soak up all the sunshine while indulging into a delicious Easter Friday lunch.
