   We normally order on the app but today we decided to go in and order. What a delight this was, Marco introduced himself and colleagues and made us feel like valued customers. What a lovely team. We ordered the lamb shish kebab with rice and salad and the tandoori chicken kebab with rice and salad. The food was amazing, the lamb melted in your math, the salad was fresh and the garlic bread with cheese was the best I have ever had. Will be ordering again and would recommend Portofino to everyone.

   Best takeaway we've had in a very long time!! Perfectly cooked, lots of flavours, not just a generic kebab & garlic bread. Real authentic Italian food. We will definitely be returning to try more.

   Asked for pepperoni pizza well done it was uncooked had to put it in oven. All you could taste was garlic disgusting 10inch for £10 won't order again as when I rang up not interested saying the oven was set for a certain time

   Absolutely appalling. Placed an order through a different site. 2 and a half hours later still no food. Spoke to 1 guy who was rude over the phone 3 times. The third time was after he hung up whilst talking to me. 4th time was to speak to a manger who wasn't helpful and wanted me to pay for my order again but through their website. He finally said he would make my order and would put a rush on it and I would have it in 30 min max. 50 min later as I've given up on eating at this point and im getting ready for bed he turns up. By this point it has been 2 and a half hours. Customer service is no existent and blaming the customer isn't the way to go. If you don't use another delivery service anymore you should remove yourselves from their website. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not the first time I've had issues with this place but decided to try again since its been a long time since I have orders from here. After this never again and would recommend nobody else does either.
