   Was spending around £125 so asked before ordering if they could include some extra bajhi, popposoms and chicken wings. they said yes no problem. sure enough, when the order arrived there was only 2 bhajis, some poppodoms but no wings. i rang to complain and was met with the rudest person i have spoken to at a takeaway. he was adamant that they would not be bringing anything else and we should be happy to get the free bajhis to share between the 11 of us. i explained that if he had told me the wings would not be included, i would have ordered them but he would not listen to reason. in the end, it turned out they had forgotten also to include any chips or salad, which we had ordered and so they brought this out to us. the delivery driver who delivered it was very nice and told us he couldnt believe the way the restaurant was talking to us on the phone.

   1st time trying Pemberton Balti and this will now be my go to Indian the food is absolutely bang on, best korma I have had in many years. Delivery was over 2 hours but they gave us extra as good will, and the driver apologised but it was worth the wait.

   Ordered tonight and the naan breads where cold and thin, the chips where only about half cooked and poppadoms where stale. One of the worst meals we've had for a while tbh. Won't be returning in a hurry. The delivery was pretty quick and that was the only positive.

   Absolutely blown away! Ordered a lamb rogan josh and cam honestly say I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a take away meal. Plenty for your money and prompt delivery. Thank you

   Orderd from here a few times, the poppadoms are always soggy, onion bajis are dripping in fat. Vindaloo is okay, massala is watery and tates of to much coconut. Delivery is fast but not surprising if the food is not freshly made but left under a light to keep warm all weekend. We will use another takeaway, only used these as our original one was closed in Tuesdays.
