Don't bother ordering from this store, they NEVER get the order right. Gave up ordering from them months ago but thought we'd give them another go as surely they couldn't get the order wrong again. They brought the incorrect order also with items missing. When we rang the store to ask if it was possible for them to bring the correct order in exchange for the wrong order we were told that this simple exchange wasn't possible, that they were "closing in half an hour" and "training new staff" and that we'd "have to take it up with just eat to try to get a refund". Terrible experience once again. I hope that the higher management of this particular store go take a visit and address this constant failing in customer service. Have never had this issue when ordering from other subway stores or any takeaway in general. Disgusted and dissatisfied. Will NEVER order from this store again.
Orderd though uber eats from here, wrong order was deliverd, gave it back to driver and contacted the shop directly to let them know what happend, i felt the lady on the phonewas rude and abrubt, refused to sort the problem out and said not their problem, if i ran my busness this was i wouldnt have one to run, poor poor poor customer service, i would not recomend using this subway store

Tried to buy foot long sandwich, but wouldn't accept my voucher, other subways I've used I haven't had a problem, I wouldn't mind, because everytime I've walked past this shop there's hardly anybody in. Won't use this subway again.
Slow service, salad bar mixed up peppers with onions in lettuce with cucumber in ETC a big no no for someone with allergies, staff quite rude and to busy having banter with what appeared to be a regular customer whilst serving me.
I'd give zero if possible, ordered through uber, only ordered 3 6inches and nachos, nachos was missing and my marinara was plain and cold with none of the extras on I selected.
