   I had a great experience dining at Burger King in Runcorn thanks to Abbey Miles. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right with my order. Abbey’s positive attitude and helpful nature really stood out it’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. She made my visit so much more enjoyable, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. Excellent customer service like hers definitely deserves recognition!

   standard burger king. sometimes a bit slow for a 'fast' food outlet even when there not many customers in there. Getting more and more pricey but not so bad if ordering from the phone and using the offers. Location is handy after shopping at either of the nearby shopping areas (halton lea, trident park or asda), which is all within walking distance.

   Absolutely loved this place! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the buns were fresh. I tried the steakhouse Angus and it was packed with flavor.

   Burger King is on the ground level with a drive throu and dine in. Which is easily accessible for prams and wheel chairs. It has a good size free car park up to 1½ hours. Car park is monitored by 3rd party. Burger King is quite big inside and kept clean. Quite spacious around the tables and aisles for prams and wheel chairs. Get extra benefits and discounts from your receipt or by downloading the free app. Cold drinks are unlimited. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. No wait time as very quick to serve, meals are freshly prepared and therefore hot when you get them. They do a lot of deliveries through third parties. Wide range of meals on the board. Toilets on ground level and free WiFi. Three downsides to be noted: take your serviettes just in case needed as no toilet paper, it was always empty. Don't sit by the door it's not automated and can be quite draughty when left open. Music is a bit loader than normal, so don't sit by the speakers. Nice place to sit and chill, and enjoy your meal.

   Went to BK runcorn for my dinner and used the drive through. The staff were very quick to take my order and very polite and james chatted to me whilst I waited for my food. Foord was quick hot and fresh. Will definitely return

   The drive through is definitely not suitable for a lowered or wide car. The staff member who served me was largely clueless about the menu. You can’t use your loyalty card or app benefits at this location because they don’t have the scanners to scan the code. I hate that the drinks machine is self service. The service was quicker than other locations but my burger didn’t taste as fresh. So I would have preferred to have waited longer and got something fresher cooked.

   Ordered from here numerous occasions, really enjoy burger king food. However last time I have ordered from burger king i have multiple items missing from my order? Not sure how hard it is to get 3 meals and 2 sides correct, always have someone missing a meal.

   Waited a while for food even though it was empty. It looked like they were rushed off their feet. The guy who served me was brilliant. He must of been a supervisor cause he was organising his team and praising them. He was apologetic but overall brilliant customer service from him
