   Had a meal last night, four of us. Curry was exceptional, nanbread best I've ever had. A pint of cobra on draught beautiful. A cocktail pina colada excellent. Can't fault it. Beautiful food and drink.

   Prices are steep for the small portions, all other local curry places are cheaper and you get bigger portions, drinks are heavily watered down and soft drinks are poured from multi pack cans! Go to bay of bangal in little borough instead miles better !!

   What a find! I ordered a meal online as I was staying in a nearby hotel, and the meal was ready within 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and the restaurant looks lovely. The chutney tray was good and the poppadum were crisp and fresh. The house special rice is incredible. Light, fluffy and with bags of flavour. Possibly the nicest rice I’ve had for a long time. The Gobi Manchurian was also stunning and was packed with flavour, and was light and fresh.

   Ordered 2 curries. they both taste the same and both just kinda bland. could taste tomato and nothing else. homemade curries from a jar have more flavour. wouldn't normally complain but for the price its terrible. being going for years but probably not going back til they change their recipes

   Food was average. We felt rushed from sitting down to getting the bill (which we didn't even ask for). We were in and out within 55 minutes. That included poppadoms, starters, mains and drinks. Too many staff hanging around tables. Was a first time visit for us. Not sure we'll return. Disappointing. On the plus side, staff were friendly enough and there were ample menu choice.

   I really enjoyed the food here... Really good portions and great choice. My only criticism and this is not just the Milnrow Balti who do it but why do you have to sit everyone next to each other when you have free tables. I'm out for a quiet meal and I can hear everything being said by the person on the next table. I get that you want to look busy to everyone passing and sit everyone in the window seats first but you need to space people out more when you have free tables. Other than that the food was amazing and I will definitely return

   One of the best curry houses in the North West. Take your time to explore the varied and interesting menu - there’s so much more than the standard korma/madras/etc…. We go here every time I visit my sister and it never fails to excel. We even did Xmas day lunch last year! Service, beer and food are excellent and good value for money. Shame I don’t live nearer….

   My son goes here alot, for dine in & take away, it has recently won an award for best Indian restaurant in Greater Manchester. The food was nice enough, I can't say outstanding, but I enjoyed what I had. We just had poppadoms to start, I had a lamb bhuna with a garlic naan, my husband & son had the manchurian curry, it is a hot curry, however my son said it was exceptionally hot that night!! There wasn't much interaction from the staff. Theres a good choice on the menu. I would go again, but not in a rush.
