   Generally all pretty good. Well average to good. Staff pleasant. Food quality ok. Food quantity good. Slight mix up with order, but was quickly rectified. Prices ok. Venue & furniture looks tired. Ambience ok. Summary. Could do better.

   Staff are lovely, menu looks nice but the sizzling plates kill the food, its overcooked because theyre so hot, not necessary! Enjoyed it in general but get rid of the sizzlers!

   First time trying here. Was busy when we got here which was a good sign. Didn't have to wait a long to be seated. The staff were really friendly and could have a laugh. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed the persian chicken tika karhai and the keema rice.

   Went as a big group for a celebration. Got told off by the waiters for being up out of seats trying to talk to our friends seated further up the table. Made to feel like we weren't allowed to get up. Food was ok, nothing special for me. Meat in my main course was tough. Restaurant was cold and staff not particularly welcoming. I'll not bother returning

   Have visited both restaurants in Exarxeia and Halandri, more than 30 times in between 2019 and 2022. The food is beyond good, however the the portion of meat started getting smaller and smaller over the years. For the first two years I was only visiting the Halandri restaurant. The reason I stopped going is that when I booked a table for two for my birthday in Halandri, they gave us a very small table, we didn't have space for our food there, the water on the floor. So we asked for the bigger one next to us that was free as we had ordered a lot ( planned to take home as well) and the lady, the owner I think, not the waitress, said "no, sorry, more people might come, this is for three " and she took our naan basket/ plate and put it on the couch where people sit! The restaurant was still almost empty, As we were regulars there, we expected at least fir them to try to have decent customer service, as we were spending at least 30 Euros per person every time we went there. So we started going to Exarxeia restaurant. ( different review) Prices are decent, but as I mentioned the meat portions could be a bit bigger, the meat in the curry plates is not enough in my opinion!

   Pink Elephant you are amazing . Honestly the best food ever . You have converted me as a disciple! Your food is amazing! I have never had a mixed grill prepared so freshly . All of our other dishes are amazing too. This is my treat and what a lovely treat . Staff are amazing and food is always fresh and tasty . Lucky to have moved down the road so we can have regular take outs ! Thank you Sarah and Lee

   Lucky I have giving 1 star !!! Came here for a date night! When we arrived we was put a table for two people we was cramped there was a birthday party next to use some members came and it was that cramped we had a man’s arse so close to your food and drinks as he past through to sit down ordered starters one came straight away the other nothing to be seen 30 minutes later my partner had to get up and ask where his was they soon brought it out our mains we asked for chicken tikka it came and they was like tomato soup/ korma style and when a waiter came to the table and asked if everything was ok they ignored my views and took the plates away and gave us the bill to say lots of people have said this is the best Indian restaurant ever! not impressed one bit and will defiantly not be recommending this place or coming back !

   Staying locally for a holiday and the family voted for Indian takeaway for Sunday dinner. I mean why not. This was close to where we were and looked well turned out. The menu looked to have a few unusual items which appealed and set the place apart. We phoned an order in for collection which took 30 minutes. There's some on street parking round the area but no dedicated parking we could see - not an issue (I think they've moved location recently and the map on the menu is out of date). I was met by a man at the door who was polite and courteous, he gave me the food and a free bottle of 1664 to boot! Many thanks. The food was really tasty and had decent portion sizes. We had a mix of vegetarian and meat dishes, I ordered a mixed tandoori (unusual for me). It was ever so good, with a pleasant lemon tang coming through from the marinade on some of the pieces. We have only had takeaway and I absolutely recommend the food. The interior of the restaurant looked clean and maintained so would expect eating in to be as good as the takeaway.
