Honestly the best food in Wigan I order every week sometimes twice a week and they never fail to amaze the food is always cooked to perfection real great little place
Went in Wednesday after not going for years as lived away. I was advised the ribs was good!! That’s an understatement and the rest of the food is also nothing short top draw! These pictures are from tonight, 2 days later it was that good! Highly recommend
Primo is a little gem! You won’t get a better pizza! The food from here is outstanding. I highly recommend the ribs too , the sauce is absolutely delicious! My children also love the carbonara. The staff are an absolute joy, every single one of them! They are so friendly and courteous and always have a smile. I highly recommend Primo, you won’t be disappointed *****
Ordered from here twice now after struggling to find a good / reliable take away. The food is outstanding, I had a pizza which was cooked to perfection and since tried a burger which was red hot when delivered and probably one of the best I ever had. Highly recommended and worth the slightly longer wait time.

If i could give zero stars i would. Food arrived 2 hours late with the ribs that were missed off my last order two weeks ago!!!!. Food was cold despite the Pizza Box stating Delicious and Hot......Called to complain and speak to the manager, the young lady left the phone open by mistake i could over hear a very rude member of staff essentially slagging me off in the background. I was then told to leave the food outside and they would send a driver(the only driver) to pick up the food and refund a worthy note that we are now at 10.15 on a Friday night. He arrived with no money, still not received the refund my account has been disabled. Absolute shower this lot over commit under deliver avoid!! avoid!! avoid!!!!!!
I had pizza and carbonara with mushroom. Penne pasta wasn’t even boiled and I’m just putting the whole lot in the bin. Bought that for Mrs and very disappointed. Won’t go again. Worse Italian food I ever tried.
Had my first taste of Primo, this italian wannabe, I can now advise for people to stay away from pineapple pizza as it is mushy and it's only taste is the pineapple. The diavola wasn't bad, expected bit more fire in the oven but perhaps quality goes down when loads of orders come in.
