I HATE machines. First time here and definitely last time. Took me ages to chose what I wanted from that screen, being really close to smashing them up. Never again here.
Sadly since the machines to order were introduced the quality of food and service has reduced. The machines were problematic to use. Half in the shop were out of order.
New self service screens dont help anything. Need to queue up to use them, and then deal with a much longer wait after orderering when compared to the original experience of having the sandwich created in front of you
What an experience and not a positive one either. Self service option only with a long wait to use tablets followed by a long wait for food order. Hash browns and pizza slices had barely touched the oven, Luke warm at best. Items missing from order. The self service machines were not easy to navigate - hence the long wait. We ended up avoiding ordering a sandwich because we couldn't navigate the machine! We are regulars at subway but a first (and last) visit to this branch.
Good knowledgeable staff, good service. Quiet when we went in. Tables had been cleaned but the floor hadn't. When we'd been severed they were filling shelves and cleaning everywhere. I couldn't fault them for that, but my daughter and better half went to the toilets and it put the place down. Otherwise, it's the usual subway experience.
Was served by ash. Really nice guy very helpful, best subway to visit in wigan Ash is a great lad. You won’t be disappointed with this place
Last time got a delivery. I'm sure they gave me meatless meatballs instead of MEATBALLS. This was clear has they tasted like sweat.. please just postpone making the order until the meatballs are ready instead of using meatless ones to keep up with demand! Because they're disgusting!
Lack of bread, 4 staff on, girls working, one guy changing one cambro half way full of sweetcorn when all tables needs cleaning and floor brushed. Been to toilet, no toilet paper, needs a good clean.... probably no one been there since morning. One star for food. Apart from that... Disappointing and disgusting!
