Great experience today, came in during lunch and it was very busy (queue out the door and a few online orders) couldn't fault the staff they were very friendly and served me fast. Got a foot long bmt, amazing!

Went in this morning for Breakfast as a regular customers. Subway very quiet, sandwich was dry, and my dad's breakfast sandwich had no egg on it, even though he asked for it. Staff member was very chatty and forgot to put egg on sandwich. Overall, probably wouldn't visit again, due to this experience.
Avoid the meatballs! Me and my two children had the meatballs not only were they dry and not warm which by law food has to be served at a certain temperature to be safe which clearly they wasn’t as we all have food poisoning! We have spent the past 2 days on the toilet! Spent £57 to be unwell it ruined my birthday as I wasn’t able to go out

Nice place but portions are getting smaller, particularly salad box. I get tuna salad box, double meat is single size compared to other Subway outlets in the area, and more mayonnaise mixed with the tuna obviously to eke it out and go further. Again comparison is with other local subways. Coffee cups never ever full. Probably another effort of the Pandemic...
Most of the staff here are rude and do not know how to deliver good customer service.The franchise manager has passed the blame on to just-eat delivery drivers for how the staff in this subway restaurant treated me and my mother. This makes no sense and is clear that the workers here aren’t bothered and neither is management.
Ordered for delivery, ordered two footlong sandwiches and one of the new steak and cheese miniature bites. Both footlongs were well made with the correct fillings in but one had a long blonde hair in. The steak and cheese bite had missing salad and the wrong cheese and was mangled up in the delivery bag. Very disappointing for the price. Never again...
