   Went in to pick up an online order and was told by the server that they will refuse to give me the food because I had a thermal bag that wasn’t Deliveroo or just eat. Explained that I was not working for a delivery company but there to pick up my own order, this didn’t seem to matter. Gave some ridiculous explanation as to why at which point I I just gave up caring. Had to go back to the car and put the bag back before they would give me my food. Thought when you spend £40 on a meal for 2 they wouldn’t be as bothered at which bag you put it in. Utterly ridiculous.

   Me and my sister go quite often, usually once a week. The food is often nice (too nice, hence why we are now fat and broke,a Nandos diet is much needed). Staff are friendly, especially Lewis (pretty sure it is his name, apologises if not). He is always very friendly and has great customer service.

   Very unimpressed with the service provided for an order made for collection. I asked for my order to be checked over to ensure nothing was missing (things have been left out in the past) and the employee asked a colleague called Lucy to give it a look over to which she replied “no, I’m busy”. This was then followed up by myself with a request for sauces to which I was pointed across the restaurant to find and get sauces without guidance. Very dissatisfied!

   We were greeted by a smiley host at the door and were showed to our table. We ordered at the counter, rather than we app, as we prefer the human touch. Our overall experience was really great, and our family meals were served promptly, hot and fresh. Would definitely visit again.

   Staff were lovely, however when we ordered our food we were told that some items were unavailable. Proceeded to order 2 wraps, which we were not told did not come with any mayonnaise or chilli jam. The wraps came plain chicken and iceberg lettuce on a wrap. Over all very disappointing.

   "cheeky" visit tonight, food was great as it usually is. What made it rememberable was the chap who waited our table. Lewis, tall young chap was very polite and welcoming. Great service, please see Lewis gets an acknowledgement of his efforts.

   Went for tea tonight after going to the cinema. We ordered two sunset burgers and chips coleslaw and spicy rice.i was eating the burger and had to pull out a massive jet black hair from my mouth , as I'm a full blonde this wasn't mine .I did tell a member of staff who quickly got a young lady who refunded my meal and offered to make me another meal free .however I just asked for it to be boxed up because in all honesty I couldn't of eaten it as I felt so sick at that point. It really did ruin our night out ,which we don't get time to go out often.very disappointed with my experience.

   Always busy and always popular. Greeted by a friendly young lady at the door, and immediately shown to a table. Downloaded the app as requested and ordered drinks and food. A different girl brought us the drinks, and kinda run off before bringing glasses or ideally glasses with ice. When we caught someone’s attention, they brought us glasses, but still minus the ice! The food wasn’t too long a wait. My carnivorous friend wasn’t too impressed with their dish. I had the vegan wrap option. And I’m glad I ordered a couple of sides. I had ordered the spiced up chips, but just received normal ones. A side order of broccoli stems was like warm, not cooked and watery. Supposed to be garlic and lemon. There was a hint of lemon. My main was ok, but nothing special. Didn’t really taste of anything. The hot sauce wasn’t the hottest. But of course you have the option to add more of your own. I didn’t really think it a very generous portion for what it cost. Moderate service. Moderate food. Moderate mark.
