   Poor service. Online takeaway order. System needs reviewing or removing if unable to complete as experienced. Order placed 8pm, 9:25pm still no delivery, contacted shop to query as previous issues with delays in pizza orders assumed with placing order at peak time that we may have experienced a delay. It became apparent they hadn’t received the order, even though confirmation received when order placed. Staff approached chef who asked what order was and said he was unable to complete? Kitchen hours advertised as 9:30pm and opening until 12am? No management available to speak with further. Awaiting contact.

   Staff were lovely and really welcoming. The food was freshly made, so took a little longer but was delicious and definitely worth waiting for. The highlight was the Nutella calzone. Although it didn't have fruit inside as advertised, we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

   I was recommended this place by a friend, I signed up for a 10% discount but didn’t receive that, not bothered really but worth mentioning. The website is terrible and needs looking at urgently, some items cannot be added to basket at all (margarita & aranchini) also other things such as mobile compatibility. Managed to order in the end but then received a phone call to say one of the pizzas were unavailable. Fine so we switched to a less expensive option (margarita) I drove to the place to collect, walked to the door but a sign said “use other door” so I walked in the other door to go through but was abruptly stopped, the guy asked what I was there for so I told him collection, he passed me on to another guy who sorted my order details, the pizzas quickly followed and I paid the difference but I had to explain to them, they almost overcharged me until I brought it to their attention, eventually they sorted it. Finally got the pizzas home but I was not overly impressed, they’re ok but definitely not worthy of the price tag. The garlic bread pesto was a massive disappointment, it was swimming in oil and inedible, we had a slice each and no more. Margarita was ok. Probably won’t go back again. Many other places do pizza better than here.

   We had a lovely pizza and garlic bread and sat in the pizzeria side where you can see your food being prepared. There are lots of pizza choices and plenty of wine and beer choice too. Service also very friendly. From now on, we'll be visiting on a regular basis.

   Was really looking forward to trying these, but they turned out to be a major disappointment. The goats cheese option on the website shows what i thought to be a tomato base with red onion, but what i received was nothing like that. The extra chicken and mushroom that i requested was present, as was the goats cheese, but it also came with added ham or bacon ( or both ) which i didn't. The red onion had also been substituted with some kind of sweet onion chutney of some kind that was just horrible and totally overpowering and the whole thing was just inedible. The thick end crust was well undercooked and was like chewing 50% raw dough, whilst the base was just to thin and soggy and just couldn't hold any of the toppings. The only plus here, was that the pizzas arrived piping hot, which is not always the case with delivery. I certainly wouldn't rule out trying them again, even after this disaster, as they were well presented and looked the business, but there needs to be better info on the website of what is actually on each pizza and i will certainly ring before ordering to make sure i get what i think is on my preferred choice.
