   After a couple days away together, my girlfriend and I were travelling home and just fancied KFC. You know what is like. You've been drinking, you're hungover and you want something easy yet delicious so that's normally a Chinese or a McDonald's or whatever tickles your fancy. In our case it was a KFC so we found you! Little did we know the misfortune that was laid out before us. Now I'm not sorry about this because you totally and completely let us down big time in our hour of need. For starters, your restaurant is an absolute tip. The floor is absolutely filthy and hasn't seen a mop for some time I'm sure. There was nobody in your restaurant when we arrived which should have struck alarm bells but we were that hungry we didn't give it a second thought. It's only afterwards that you start to realise where the cracks are and here the cracks are gret big holes. You're failing in customer service. You're failing in hygiene and you're failing in quality. Nobody came to greet us when we stepped in even though you were empty and you had clearly seen us. There was plenty of staff. I counted 5 of you. We stood there waiting for what felt like ages so I decided to go to the toilet. What an eyesore it was in there. Water all over the floor and around the urinal, smelly, toilet roll all over the floor, no soap or hot water etc Shame on you. The food when we eventually got it made matters worse. The chips were cold, there was no ice in our drinks and my girlfriend complained that her drink was actually lukewarm. That's a first for me. Unbelievable. The chicken looked has though it had been sat in the warmer for a hell of a lot longer than it should have. Maybe because people knew better than to actually eat here. We didn't eat our chicken. My burger looked as though it had been made by someone who was clearly sick and tired of making burgers. It was haphazardly thrown together and was a mess to try and eat. I got mayonnaise all over my hands and the chicken fell out almost as though it wanted to get back to the warmer where it lived with it's other grotty poultry pals. The gravy was crap too. All gloopy and horrible. I love KFC gravy normally but this wasn't it. I don't know what's gone wrong here but I'll give you one tick at least, it was hot! Unfortunately the rest of the shoddy mess you served us wasn't hot. Everything was wrong, wrong and wrong again. Don't reply to this review saying sorry because it's just not good enough. Your standards have dropped massively and in my opinion someone is to blame. Root cause points in the direction of the management obviously. I could have found better food in a bin. Pull your socks up and clean the shop first. If there's food just sat there festering then bin it and cook some fresh. If you've no ice, tell us. If the bogs are a mess or in disrepair then get them fixed and sorted. I walked out of your restaurant disgruntled. Not happy at all so thanks a lot for that. That'll be the last time I'll walk in a KFC for while I'm sure. I'll certainly not be going back into your abysmal. If I'm ill off your food I'm reporting you to the food standards agency. I might just do that anyway before someone does become ill. Scandalous.

   Nice KFC this one, not too greasy and well cooked. Drive through was nice and quick. Only issue we got pieces when we asked for wings with a multi meal

   Ordered food and waited over 20 minutes, the chicken and fries had been put out in a box and sat there for 12 minutes. When the employee passed the food to me It was cold and I pointed this out, no apology just we were waiting on beens!! Awful service and won't be going back

   It's 'finger licking good'..... Well kind of! . This local KFC has become a staple of Pemberton. When anyone asks about the area or tries to describe where they are in Pemberton you can count on a conversation that includes KFC and the White Swan. . The venue itself is totally as you would expect from KFC. Food is consistent and service too. I don't go that much but it is handy after a few pints in town before heading home.

   Can't comment on the food but terrible service. Made on order online and payment went through fine, but when I got to the restaurant they door was locked and they said they were closed, 5 hours before the stated time. They didn't apologise or give reason why they were closed. They simply said to get my refund through the website. Terrible

   Appalling service from staff. After placing my order I was made to wait over twenty minutes whilst other customers after me were served promptly. I saw the staff member pack what looked like my order and then gave it to another customer!! She then did the order for the other customer and called out the order. I then pointed out that my order had been given out instead. She offered no apology whatsoever and begrudgingly re-did my order before finally handing it to me over twenty minutes after I first placed it. She mumbled some half hearted attempt at an apology under her breath as she could see I was not impressed with the standard of service. I don't think I will be going there again for a while until they sort their staff out. If they spent less time talking and more time concentrating on the job, issues like this would not be such a regular occurrence.

   They are unorganised. Poor customer service. 30 minute wait whilst they got telephone orders out before serving customers onsite. No communication. Manager didn't seem very bright or able to prioritise workload. We won't bother again

   The girl who served me with the long dark hair was very nice and was pleasant. I ordered x3 pieces of chicken and the rude female supervisor in the grey shirt barked in the background that it would be 15 minutes and seemed annoyed that I had ordered x3 pieces of chicken . The girls who were work at 19.30pm at the front were touching their faces and playing around like immature children. This was the last time I visit this kfc as a few of the current staff have no customer service skills and the female supervisor with ginger hair as a bad attitude and to immature to be a supervisor. Also was very messy behind the counter and unorganised .

   If there was a zero I would rather give it or may be a minus. The staff smoked outside came back and served food with the same hands without cleaning them. Food looked as if not fresh. No customer service ethics at all. The tables were all dirty as was the kitchen. Toilets all dirty and the tap was not working, disabled toilet in a mess as well. I think the owner doesn't care much as its a brand and sale will be there no matter what. The ice cream ordered was not what is being advertised. Sorry to say but not coming back again.
