   Only one person serving behind the bar, I was told she was supposed to be on her own on a Sunday! Food took nearly 50mins to serve. Food wasn't as described on the menu ie chunky chips with the burger instead of skinny fries, no relish with the burger, medley of green veg was just peas with the pie. I have come here a few times, the first time the food was great, it's massively let me down the last 2 visits.

   Called in for a quick meal due to a busy couple of days and just wanted a good nourishing meal. I had the ham hock pie with fresh veg, mash and gravy. It was very tasty and just the right amount of food. The service was attentive but not overpowering. I woul go again and try a few more things off the menu.

   Visited The Millhouse for a family meal, we wasn’t disappointed, excellent service from all the staff from the moment we walked in, the food was lovely and we will definitely be back for another visit. Was talking to staff at the bar who turned out to be the new owners Alicia and Danny, they are creating a lovely welcoming atmosphere in the pub along with their staff.

   Went in today for the first time, what a welcome!! Was greeted by a young lady who couldn't do enough for me and my mother in law who struggles walking. ALICIA your amazing and Danny so are you. We loved meeting you both and what a great pleasure and credit you are to the pub. We'll definitely be back really soon.

   Visited on Sunday 26th February for Sunday lunch. Absolutely delicious, and all home cooked. Will definitely be returning and will certainly be recommending to family and friends.

   We called in on Saturday for a meal/drink. The food was very good and the staff were very polite and helpful. We left before the entertainment started as we had our dog with us and it would have been too noisy for her. However, we will return another time and hopefully enjoy the music. Thank you

   The wait for drinks at the bar was far to long and was even left unattended for a while. However the food when it came out was good,(steak) some of the others not so good, chicken was rubbery. There was live music but this was far to loud. The staff were friendly and helpful, I don't think I would recommend it for an evening meal, maybe lunch time would be better.

   Not a great experience, food was only average. A big group at the side of us very rowdy and a couple of families with a bunch of kids who were running up and down stairs and making lots of noise. Young lads behind the bar were friendly though.

   One of our three locals. Food is OK *pub* food, I did go to a party there and the buffet was beautiful. I think with all local pubs, the bar staff should be more chatty and personable, not just friendly with their mates.
