   Awful service. 2 hours no food. Ended up ringing up and telling them to just leave it. She said right alright lol

   We were told 40 mins for delivery phoned after an hour and half, took 2 hours. food was inedible, the sweet and sour arrived in large chunks of batterd chicken tasted like fish batter, so much fat on it and oil, then there was the sauce, I don't know what that was. The worst sweet and sour I have ever had the misfortune of tasting. The woman on the phone when we made the order sounded like a bored voiceover, she quite literally sounded like life was to much, and asking her questions was a mind twister. The chicken curry was missing the chicken, it was a thick sauce and veg but no chicken. All in all it was a was a waste of £25 the dog refused the chicken so that tells me enough. One to avoid.

   Hillcrest Supper Bar Food wasn’t great at all ,Delivery took to long, i was told an 1 hour, I agreed to waiting didn’t arrive until I rang 1 hr 30min later then they told me it’s just left and I got my order just shy of 2 hours in total I think that is just to long personally . It all tasted like it had sat in the warmer for well over an hour none of it tasted freshly cooked was lots of oil on chips to the point the paper was saturated in it and when I pulled it out of the bag it ripped open needles to say I tried them and chucked them in the bin, the noodle box had started to stick together it had been sat that long, then combo box had gone all soggy and the bbq ribs where dry with barely any meat. Delivery person was nice, and person who took my first call was rude I asked the cost and she said one min while she worked it out and hung up with out telling me the cost. Second person on the phone when chasing up my order was polite.
