I have only been here twice and the first time wasn’t bad at all but today was completely different… I was eating my food and found a hair in my food!! The worse thing was when I told the waiter about it he just said “do you want another plate” then walked off as I said no.. I then told another guy who asked me if I wanted anything else he then took my plate then come back to me and said “just to let you know the hair is brown” well done mate if you haven’t noticed my hair is short and blonde! Completely put me off my food!! Never in my 35years on this planet have I ever found a hair in my food!!! I will give credit to them as I mentioned it to a few people there so in the end they did give me £16 off and a sorry…

Male waiter whom served us was very polite, and helped translate and describe the different dishes, though there was a woman whom I found to be rude with tad attitude. Overall the food was delicious and freshly made to order. Well worth giving a try.

Go Sing Chinese in West Drayton is a place that delivers on flavour, even if the experience isn’t always as smooth as it could be. The food is definitely the highlight – generous portions, well-seasoned dishes, and a menu that covers both the classics and some lesser-seen options. Everything we tried came out tasting fresh, balanced, and satisfying, with particular praise for the quality of the sauces and the way dishes were cooked to order. It’s the kind of food that makes you want to come back, and for me, that’s the strongest reason to recommend it. Where Go Sing falls short is in the service. While the staff are polite, the pace can be noticeably slow and at times a little disorganized. Ordering and receiving food took longer than expected, which dampened the overall dining experience. It wasn’t enough to ruin the meal, but it did require a bit of patience. With a few improvements in efficiency and attentiveness, the restaurant could easily elevate itself to a five-star level. Overall, Go Sing is worth visiting for the food alone. If you don’t mind waiting a little longer than usual, you’ll be rewarded with a delicious and authentic Chinese meal. I’d happily return – with the expectation of great food and relaxed timing.

Our visit to Go Sing Chinese Restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was enjoyable and flavorful, the service was only average. Most of the staff seemed disengaged, giving us a few weird looks that made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. However, the gentleman who served us stood out with his patience and attentiveness, making our dining experience much more pleasant despite the lack of engagement from his colleagues. The buffet menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of traditional dishes that cater to different tastes. We really enjoyed the honey wings, which were sweet and sticky, and the chicken chow mein had a nice balance of flavours. The Satay Chicken on skewers was tender and well-seasoned, while the crispy seaweed added a delightful crunch. The Kung Po Chicken was spicy and satisfying, and the fried rice noodles Singapore style was a delicious complement to our meal. However, the ribs were rather plain and didn’t have much flavour, and I wasn't a fan of the chicken or beef curries; they lacked the depth I was hoping for. Overall, Go Sing offers a variety of dishes, some of which are quite tasty, but the service could use improvement. The gentleman who served us truly made a difference, standing out among disengaged staff. If you're looking for flavorful Chinese food and an extensive buffet menu and can overlook some awkward interactions, it might be worth a visit.

Went here 2 years ago and the food was exceptional. Unfortunately as of recently the food is dry, overcooked, and oily. The food is awful. Foods which should be easy to cook: like chicken and rice are either overcooked, dry, or just straight up tasteless, it's shocking how unauthentic and tasteless the food is. The staff were all grumpy, even when trying to help make room for plates on the table, the waiters are all fairly rude and uninterested. From reading other reviews it seems it could be in relation to a change in management and overworking of staff. ● The lemon chicken "peking style" is hilariously unauthentic, and just tastes like its been deep fried and then drowned in lemon juice. ● the duck is almost good except its dry ● chicken and beef dishes are dry and overcooked, whilst being coated in oil. There is much flavour other than the added chilli's on top which hardly make up for the blandness. This quality of food here is "passing" at most if it was takeaway ONLY, but for a proper restaurant it's laughably bad. I DO NOT recommend coming here. Its a real shame the quality of food has dropped to such a level across the menu. Only the aubergine dish is really worth ordering, and maybe the salt and pepper fried tofu; but that only tastes alright in contrast to the other tasteless food on the menu, which really says all it needs to. If you are able to travel 30 minutes to Wembley or even just uxbridge, there are plenty of better restaurants, and practically infinite amounts of significantly better authentic Oriental food closer to central London. 1 redeeming quality is the logo looks pretty funny. Like a "bone" through the pringles man's head. (Image attached) TLDR: Food is dry, bland, and unauthentic. Service is incredibly grumpy.

My new favourite Chinese buffet!! I actually came to West Drayton to try this place as it always looked really busy and I was not wrong for going out of my way! It was completely worth it, food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful and decent portions priced at around £24pp for adult!! Will definitely be back here!! :0) (my friend lives round corner so walked here but there is parking outside P&D but think after certain time might be free, also there are side roads)

It was a great experience, the food is fresh and comes in a great variety of 109 dishes included in the all-you-can-eat concept. We have been there for lunch, they take your body temperature for Covid measures and it was very pleasant. Only suggestion would be to switch on the A/C and perhaps some Chinese music in the background to set the tone.
