   Dear Auntie Anne’s Customer Service, I usually enjoy visiting Auntie Anne’s and have always been happy with the pretzels, but unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing. On Friday the 22nd of august at 10:30am I visited and ordered a pretzel. The pretzel I was given was clearly burnt and not edible. When I politely raised this with the staff member, she insisted it was “fresh” and argued that it wasn’t burnt. However, just because something is freshly made does not mean it isn’t overcooked. The conversation went back and forth for quite some time before she finally agreed to make another pretzel, which left me waiting for around half an hour. I found this very frustrating and felt that my concern wasn’t taken seriously. I hope you can look into this matter, as I would hate for this type of service to discourage customers from returning. Thank you for your time and understanding.

   If you get the food freshly made from here it is lovely, just be mindful of how long other food has been sitting there before you buy anything. I got the hotdog pretzel bites today and when they gave them to me the hotdog was almost grey in colour, not something I was risking eating. I questioned how long they had been sitting there for and they said ‘only 20 minutes’, they had definitely been there longer than that. They also asked if I ate any as they were going to put them back into the warmer. It wasn’t until I told them they cant sell those they aren’t edible that they threw them out. I asked for fresh ones which they got funny about it but eventually did and the fresh bites were lovely.

   Ordered yesterday via uber 3 items and recived only 2! They forgot about cinnamon sticks but charged me for missing item!AVOID THOSE ROBBERS!!!!I had to ask uber for refund.Even if the precels and sticks are good in taste I will never order again!!!Good luck with treating the costumers this way!
