Nice food and generous portions. Have tried several different dishes always tasty and cooked to perfection.
Place is a shambles, tried ordering and the guy cant even take your order right, hangs up on you and tells you to come to the shop and order in a cheeky way. What's the point having a phone to call to make orders for collection? Not the first time he has a attitude most the time.
I wish there was an option to give zero or even negative stars. I simply asked if the food was halal, and the staff member responded with an extremely inappropriate and offensive remark: “You’re wearing lipstick, is that halal? Then why do you want halal food?” This kind of response is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. I’m shocked by the disgusting attitude and lack of basic customer service. I would never return here and do not recommend it to anyone

ordered food thinking it wasn't going to be late as its literally two roads away, quite literally 2 mins by car and it arrived nearly an hour late, had to call to see where it was, tried ringing 3 times and nobody picked up then retried 5 mins later and he was so quick to get me off the phone, then they pressed order done on the just eat machine even though it wasn't here for another 15 minutes! had to call back and ask where my order is and why it tells me to enjoy my food! driver blamed me and claimed he was stood at my door AND window knocking for the past ten minutes when I rang the restaurant ten minutes before and they said it was just leaving?? pizzas were wrong as they have put REQUIRED options on their special offer to make you think you are getting a pizza with 3 extra toppings but no its just the three toppings you choose after choosing a pizza. pizzas weren't cut properly either and made it difficult to eat as we had to recut it ourselves which isn't a huge issue but we have children we wanted a fast easy dinner and they failed at customer service. awful
Not overly enamoured with what I ordered, cost £5-80 for a small amount of thin shaved donner on something like a bread pancake?to be honest i was so disappointed i binned it,
Placed a large order which was botched by the staff. Part missing of the list which proved they had already charged for...had to repay for the part missing with a small discount...when we got back the chios were cold and tasted of lard and not cooking oil..have been about 6 times previously and was impressed at first but this time I was not impressed
Awful attitude from the individual who answered my call on Tuesday evening. They closed due to internet difficulties, yet orders were still accepted by Uber. No notification of them being closed, 2.5hrs after no delivery, contacted them to be told it’s not their fault and it’s Uber. Took no responsibility and rushed off the call without any support. Unable to raise to Uber as the order never completed. Finally able to raise today and no refund to be processed due to 48hours passing.
Amazing little take away however we were kindly invited to eat in. Food was delicious, so fresh and full of flavour. Thankyou
