This place is great but the staff make it spectacular! The ladies are friendly and make great recommendations. The oysters were delicious, fresh and tasted like the ocean even in the middle of the airport. The Tsarina was outstanding. We got a 50g tin to go on our flight. I would fly into Heathrow just to eat here again.
Lady with Russian accent was so rude. And after i told her that how she delivered information was so rude she just smiled and turned around and left. I ordered green tea and she brought me with a cold water.
Champagne (and a lobster roll for my husband) before our flight at T3 was lovely here. Service was perfect. A really nice pre-holiday treat.
Shrimp cocktail was really good, a little too much sauce for me (next time I’d order it on the side) and I wish you could order the king prawns as its own dish — you get one in the shrimp cocktail, which is mainly smaller shrimp, and some come on the mixed seafood plate, but it would be good to order only king prawns if you wanted that. The cheese plate was also very good and the champagne pours are generous.
Sebastiano went out of his way to check on my flight boarding status for me. Thank you very much, Seby! The Bloody Mary was bloody good, too! A nice quiet spot in a very hectic terminal.
We had a great experience here at Terminal 3, especially thanks to Seby. Seby was professional and kind, and really made our time waiting for our flight special. We hope to be back and see Seby again next time we are in Terminal 3!
Was traveling through Terminal 3 this morning to Dubai and was craving for some oysters, popped into Caviar house bar which was in middle of the airside was welcomed by a lady called Jana, who was extremely friendly and had this beautiful smile on her face. She definitely had good knowledge about the sea food and recommended me the best oyster. I would recommend and would visit again.
The food was average, I wouldn't say good value for money but still OK. Service was just awful. No one is paying attention to the counter every time I needed attention I had to raise voice at an otherwise quiet counter. The responses weren't too polite nor pleasant.
This is an example of place where it’s employees go beyond and above for their customers . I fly on weekly basis and I visit this place every time . Every single time I receive a high level of service . The thing is that most of time they don’t even have what they are supposed to have . Always no blinis , chocolate, milk … BUT I don’t care because the people who work there will always find a way how to make up for it . I would like to point out chef Sandeep - he didn’t have any milk for my tea or the dark chocolate they always give you on side . He offered my chocolate cake instead to make up for it . It was the best chocolate I ever had . What a service , what a place . Thank you
Good seafood bar with a nice variety of raw fish including tuna, salmon and the famous gravlax. Plates comes with toast and butter and salad. Good service, prices a bit on the high end but overall quite ok.
