We went here for lunch on a Friday lunchtime at 12. It was very busy but we were sat immediately which was great. Server was quick and friendly. We ordered chicken and prawn yakisoba, teriyaki soba and pad Thai. The sobas were both delicious. The pad Thai seemed a little lacking. Used to come with more “toppings” like chilli but seemed a little bland and could do with a bit more oomph. The kimchi was also quite mushy. This place is great for a decent meal under time constraints. It’s ideal for kids too. Generally the food was great. Would and likely will go again

My visit to wagamama was very good. I was seated by the window. The place was clean and very busy. I ordered a raisukaree curry. I had a free coffee on my app which I was able to redeem. The service was very nice and polite. Everyone was working hard and efficient from what I have seen. A girl named Nik was amazing, she made sure I am all set and looked after. Thanks Nik! I enjoyed the nice view while eating. Great experience!

Before flying home, we decided to stop at Wagamama because we were craving something warm — ramen sounded perfect! The service was smooth: they seat you, take your order, and you can pay either with your server or easily online using the QR code on the menu. I also liked that you can leave a tip directly by card. I ordered a ginger mojito, which was refreshing, while my husband had a red wine — it was fine. We shared a grilled chicken ramen, which was fantastic — loved the flavorful broth and great noodle texture. We also tried the chicken teriyaki with rice; it was okay but a bit plain, could use a bit more zest or sourness. It did come with a small side of kimchi. Overall, a nice and easy dining experience with plenty of seating. You share a long table with others, but there’s enough space to feel comfortable. A great spot for some warm comfort food before your flight at Heathrow Airport.

The service and atmosphere were good. The food was extremely bland and lacked any authenticity to the dish. The best thing of my meal was the lemon ginger tea. I could make the ramen at my house and it would taste better

Food was delicious. Certainly better than the garbage due to be served on a BA flight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not overly busy. Reasonably priced. Will definitely come back when next in Terminal 5. Thanks

Fast service: 4/5 Friendly service: 5/5 Tasty food: 4/5 Value for money: 4/5 I was impressed by how the employees were keeping a stiff upper lip despite huge pressure. One lady started welcoming the customers and distributing the menu already while they were queuing outside and I got help extremely quickly considering how busy they were. The food was on the spicy side so I quickly lost the sensation of taste-nuances. But the menu selection is good and includes some vegetarian options. Pictures: mochi balls, ramen with Gyoza, spicy corn

Good place to stay! Fresh cooked food - if you want, you can watch them - and even in busy days no long to wait. The food came quick, the service was nice and the prices are good. It’s a good and reliable place for travellers at heathrow.

Amazing food! This is such a great restaurant - the best at Heathrow bar none. Huge space, tons of common tables as well as individual tables, a wide open kitchen space to watch the food being made and it’s right past security overlooking the seating area and Starbucks below. Amazing food options, omnivore, vegetarian, vegan. Very knowledgeable staff regarding allergies (and a separate gluten free menu). Highly recommend - I will eat here every time I go through Heathrow.

Delicious food with extremely friendly service! The waiting time was short and the food was served within 10min. The prices are a bit high for the portion sizes of the starters, but otherwise a great place to have authentic Japanese food.
