The food was delicious. Cooked perfectly. The service was amazing. Food came out quickly and the order was perfect. Our server was polite, professional, helpful, and responsive. Made our last meal in the UK during this trip memorable!
Such terrible service and it's consistently bad. Servers don't care and slap the food down like at a terrible prison cell. Servers chatting on the side saying really unprofessional things. I suspect they have forgotten about good customer service. Food isn't any better. It's mass produced preheated grub that's just barely edible. It's tasty enough if you add a plethora of sauce to flavour it! The views of the runway are okay but it depends on the seat you get.

Most tables are taken, yet the place remains quite, hence perfect for anyone who prefers a calm setting. Avocado Smash and Smoked Salmon, great combination
Really great fresh plates which is essential getting on an international flights as those meals are going to be just the opposite. Excellent and fast service. I had food in front of me in under 10 minutes
We ordered some lunch at this restaurant inside of Heathrow airport but almost everything was quite mediocre. Both the English breakfast and the fish and chips were a bit lacking in flavour. We did however like their green smoothie and the fish was nice and crispy.
Visited Giraffe in Heathrow terminal 5 for breakfast and it wad great. The menu was good and had a good mix of dishes for all including gluten free options. The drinks menu was vast and had smoothies and freshly squeezed juices on offer. Food was well prepared and priced accordingly. The staff member who served us was polite and answered all questions, kudos to him!
Had a nice breakfast (tried the gluten free plate). It didn't come with the little tomatoes in the vine like they had pictured on the posters, but it was still pretty decent. The smashed avo was great - very lemony and bright. The bacon on the other hand was rather tough. Cappuccino was pleasant, though not very warm. Servers were kind but also kinda rushed.
I am rating mainly the food here. The service was fantastic everyone is fast, friendly and helpful. However as you can see in my photos the burger is just horrible! Whatever you do do not get a burger. The meat tastes like processed sausage (no real meat for sure) and the bread is cold and hard. The frites/French fries on the other hand are ok. I will not eat here ever again.
We had good timing so short queue. Advised of 20 minute wait for food - food actually arrived very quickly 10 minutes. Environment is pleasant, feels out of the rush. Food for a chain in an airport tastes great. Food presentation is also good. Staff prompt, polite and provide quick service.
