We popped in here recently on a Friday night. There is a big screen for watching sports and the small crowd were talkative and very friendly. However the cider was flat and the short glasses dirty. The barman thought it was ok, because all the glasses were like it! The new owner has a lot do.
Great food and good service. Unexpectedly returned to London and were parked next door so decided to stop in for a bite. Very happy we did. Great pub and Indian options for a meal. Everything made fresh in house so I could have my very mild Saag Paneer and the fiance could have a spicier curry.
One of the best places I have been during my stay in UK. The restaurant is 5 minutes from Heathrow terminal 5 by bus. Please take bus no 423 and get down at "The Square" stoppage. Walk backwards towards Heathrow Close bus stop and adjacent you see this restaurant owned by a British Indian. I liked the ambience inside. Main reason for me to visit is to taste Indian food and I loved it. The owner is an Indian by heart. Please visit the restaurant if you are close yo Heathrow. I would certainly visit Kings Arms during my next visit.
Came here for some food as we were staying in the nearby thistle hotel. Atmos in the bar was far friendlier than the other pub in the village. Landlord was very friendly and his food was worth every penny. If you're staying in the thistle or premir Inn it's well worth checking this place out.
Stopped off here before going to airport. Nice food, service was a little slow but didn't mind the wait. WiFi is slow. Large screen for sports, wide selection of drinks as all pubs do haha
Good place to watch the footy. Food is decent beer selection ok also.
