   I liked this place, pleasant atmosphere, good fish and chips, cold beer, and friendly staff. After a chat about English vs. east coast Canadian fish and chips with a woman I assumed to be the manager, she returned after I was finished eating and asked if I liked the fish. I told her the haddock was just as good as anything from back home. She seemed pleased and subsequently comped me a latte. A nice break after a 3 day journey out of St. Petersburg.

   Foul - Avoid At All Costs! Aside from the incredibly slow service, the lack of adequate seating and poor food quality, the cleanliness of the restaurant is totally disgusting. By the time our food arrived, 30 minutes late, we still hadn't received our drinks, we asked a further 4 times before we got them. After eating the most bland meal I have ever consumed, I discovered something far more concerning... Our ketchup and mayonnaise pots had mould growing on the outside of them. Not one but three separate pots all had the same mould growing on them. I then began to look a little closer at everything. Food on the floor, reused cutlery and unwashed water glasses. I was assured by the manager that this was all a one-off event, but I highly doubt it. No apologies, no remorse and no corrective actions. Woeful excuse of a restaurant. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They have been reported to the relevant food standards and will be due an inspection soon...

   What an amazing airport restaurant/ bar option. This will be my new spot for terminal 4. Special shoutout to Pearlshell. She had impeccable customer service. So friendly, warm, and welcoming. Also, she was so helpful with assisting us in deciding what to eat. The food is delicious and the menu is so big with a lot of options. The decor is so chic, the seating is comfortable. 5 stars all round.

   Our second time visiting this place and is located near the boarding gates after check-in. A large cosey place with a range of seating and tasteful decor, the range of food is good. Great place if you have some time to wait for your flight. Service was slow in this visit, we were seated immediately but our order was taken until we asked after waiting 10min

   Very rushed feeling. They were not serving food and keen to close so I just felt a bit awkward being there. The drink was expensive and the atmosphere was cold. It got the job done though.

   Morning layover … and a spare $20; why not? I am american so i prefer the american baked beans … other than that, the sausage, bacon scrambled were just like i wld expect. Service was slow though but i had 6hrs of nothing to do so …

   Definitely recommend if flying out from terminal 4. The staff were all incredibly friendly, with particular mention to Dean (waiter) who made sure I was taken care of. The manager Raj was also on hand and welcomed me. The food was tasty and drinks were priced well.
