Edward was our server and the level of service he provided was phenomenal, by the time my mom and I left London for America, Edward had become not just a server but a friend. He went above and beyond his job to make us feel comfortable and provide a 5 star experience. We will for sure return to the Hilton because of Edward’s hospitality. See you next and thank you so very much Edward.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The highlight for me was the tomato soup—it was absolutely incredible. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, it felt both comforting and refined. Every spoonful was fresh and full of depth, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Equally impressive was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. They made sure everything ran smoothly and added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. Between the amazing food and the thoughtful service, this place is a true gem. I’ll definitely be coming back to London—and bringing friends with me to this location.

The restaurant is clean and beautiful. The food is ok. The breakfast is way over priced. The fish and chips is pretty decent. Fries need salt. The club sandwich was the tastiest thing. The chicken was bland and tasted like water. No flavor at all. I was worried about the fried egg but it made the sandwich. The bread was delicious. The fries here, too, needed salt. All in all, the restaurant is ok. I probably will only eat here when it's my only option.

I had dinner here twice while staying in the hotel. My servers Marrison and Swifer were attentive, cordial, and profesional. Restaurant has a comfortable ambiance, opened to the hotel atrium, and tables spaced just right. My first dinner I started with a Passion Fruit martini, it was Yummy!! For starter I had the Butternut Squash/Sweet Potato/Coconut Soup, it was tasty and a perfect soup for a cold night. I also ordered the Ragstone Goat Cheese Salad, it was a good choice, a well balanced flavour salad. My main course, the British 28day aged Sirloin; was cooked to perfection, and with good taste. The Brussel Sprouts were just ok, not a lot of flavor to them. For dessert I selected the Braeburn Apple and Blackberry Crumble; served warm but a disappointment as it was very bland. My second night, I special ordered, a Margarita with Blue Curacao, was good but a bit sour. For starter I selected the Creamy Hampshire Chicken Soup, again another perfect soup for a cold night. My main course, The Open Lasagna, was well presented but it lacked of flavor, rather bland. For dessert I ordered the Sticky Toffee and Banana Pudding, it was served warm and it was a good choice to finish my meal, yummy! Overall it is a good restaurant, If I stay at this hotel I would definitely dine at Oxbo Kitchen again.

Pretty amazing meal. Beyond expectations. Cooked perfectly, great side sauces,P perfect chips. The people working here are super nice and I felt like I was in a fine dining establishment rather than an airport hotel.

This restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hilton Airport hotel at Terminal 4. In my experience, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and competent. The service was prompt and efficient. The food was tasty, if not necessarily on the healthy side. If you are staying at the Hilton Airport hotel, this place would be your best option... unless, you would like to try the similar kind of restaurants in the other airport hotels nearby

Very nice restaurant tucked into the Hilton T4. Attentive service and surprisingly delicious food. A mile-long cocktail selection and average wine selection. I do like that pretty much every wine can be bought by the bottle along with by small and large glasses. We had the butter chicken curry which included slices of spicy red peppers, pompadom and Naan bread, and a surprisingly large avocado flatbread that was almost a salad in itself. NB: they automatically levy an 8.5%(?) Service charge to the tab with no way to add a tip on the room charge. I didn't ask if that was the case when paying by credit card.
