   Such terrible service and it's consistently bad. Servers don't care and slap the food down like at a terrible prison cell. Servers chatting on the side saying really unprofessional things. I suspect they have forgotten about good customer service. Food isn't any better. It's mass produced preheated grub that's just barely edible. It's tasty enough if you add a plethora of sauce to flavour it! The views of the runway are okay but it depends on the seat you get.

   Thank you Parmila, you made my first visit to this restaurant memorable by offering the best service anyone could provide and thank you for the recommendation on food, I loved it and am returning again for sure ! Most tables are taken, yet the place remains quite, hence perfect for anyone who prefers a calm setting. Avocado Smash and Smoked Salmon, great combination

   Low wait time and decent enough food. The service is what stands out. Despite the place being quite full, we were attended promptly and the food was served within fifteen minutes. We ordered the beef burger and giraffe special chicken wings and a coffee. Food was good but definitely avoid the coffee!

   Great service, good food, the cappuccino needed flavour but my avocado on toast with extra mushrooms was very tasty. My husband loved his breakfast bap minus the egg. An easy 4-stars.

   I had a great experience here. We ordered and got our food in under 10 minutes and were very pleased by that. As far as airport food goes, it passes the standards for both being healthy, fun themed, and decent taste. We had a long layover the chairs were comfortable, so we sat with some tea for an hour after eating and were not rushed. We were also able to get the bill quickly when we were ready to leave. Healthy food (not greasy), good service, cute decorated space, solid 4 stars.

   I was waiting for my next flight and was super hungry! I've always wanted to try an authentic English breakfast and found Giraffe. The reviews looked terrible! Only 2.9 out of 5 stars! I took a chance and was not disappointed! The food was great! Check out my picture! I paid 11.95 euros! Not a bad price for airport food!
