Staying at the attached holiday inn for a night, but couldnt check into a room yet - decided to get breakfast here. They have a breakfast buffet or a la carte options. The hostess was extremely nice, had some coffee on my table before id even sat down. The buffet had plenty of options. We paid about 40 pounds for two people for the full english buffet and i was not disappointed!

We stayed two nights in Holiday Express and came here for dinner. Everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. The lighting and music were just right and easy to talk. We are both vegetarians, the food were delicious, and the staff even offered us a Vegan menu when we order! Out of the two nights we tried Nasi Goreng, Asparagus Risotto, vegetable soup of the day, House Salad, Sauvignon Blanc and 0% Guinness…everything was very satisfying, will definitely come again if we stay by the airport!

End of April 2025 while staying at the Crowne Plaza hotel, I tried the Urban Brasserie for dinner. To my surprise I had read online some good recommendations about this English Brasserie’s Nasi Goreng, which is one of my favorite Indonesian dishes. The restaurant was packed and I was lucky to get a table at 7pm. The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunate the food was not what I had expected. For the first time ever, I was served a Nasi Goreng without peanut butter (satay) sauce. Instead s sweet spicy sauce was given. I asked the waitress if I could get a satay sauce, but that was not possible. The taste was not what I had hoped for and the price was also quite expensive. £ 20 for a nasi goreng + £ 6 add chicken. Total a shocking £ 26. Maybe other dishes in the Urban Brasserie are better. I would definitely not recommend the Nasi Goreng. Optional 12.5% service charge gets added to the bill…..

An excellent restaurant for a leisurely meal. Staff is very efficient and friendly to cater to the customers’ needs. Indian cuisine is of a very good quality. Excellent place to relax after a tiring flight.

I normally stay clear of airport restaurants, but due to being tired from travelling lead me to here. It is fairly expensive but we left without thinking that we had our trousers pulled down for a meal when the bill came in. The food was really good, tasty and well presented, and good portions. We had great service from the staff. In a nutshell 2x starters 2x mains 2x pints 2x Prosecco £128.00.

Food not worth the cost. Was staying at the holiday inn express. Ate here a couple times and the only time I wasn’t disappointed was my first night. Every other time the food was underwhelming. Asked for spicy food, got bland food, didn’t want to send it back at first but a couple minutes later requested to do that and was informed it wasn’t possible. 18 pounds in the bin. If you have the time energy and want better spent money, get food from outside. Or go to the adjacent restaurant (where the buffet breakfast is served).

Decent Indian restaurant located between Crowne Plaza and the Holiday Inn Express at Heathrow Terminal 4. I had grilled sirloin steak which was a poor cut of meat, lots of gristle, and not very flavorful. The service was friendly and fast but the food was average and expensive.

Scam! I wonder if this place is even real. The place doesnot exist within the location described in the Google maps and the contact number is of some other hotel outside Terminal 4.

Average food, very expensive. Tuna salad not a salad at all, some pretentious stuff without the quality to back it up. Overall would not eat here again. Shame because the hotel is very nice!

Our last and worst dinner in London. We had Indian style lamb, Tom yam soup and a rib eye steak. Food is okay. Service is way below average. The waitress was very upset the whole time. I just don’t know why she’s being so condescending to us. We are very uncomfortable.
