   I was there on December 16, 2025, around lunchtime, returning from the United States. With a stopover at London Heathrow (where I live and work for most of the year), Terminal 5 / Shop Number 310*. I bought a sandwich and a Coke. When I went to the counter to pay, I found three short girls serving me. They started laughing in my face in a very disrespectful and extremely rude manner. At that point, I looked at them seriously, trying to understand. But their rudeness and disrespect was too great. In fact, when I was about to leave after paying, one of the three girls at the counter put a free chocolate biscuit in my bag, almost as if to apologize for what had happened, and therefore for their extreme rudeness and total disrespect... Truly terrible, to be avoided...!

2. Coffee Lover ★☆☆☆☆

   I ordered an oat latte at Pret A Manger and was extremely disappointed. The taste was genuinely unpleasant, and it was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. If it were possible, I would give it zero stars. In my opinion, the quality is so poor that they shouldn’t even be allowed to sell coffee until they fix it. Pret should be genuinely ashamed of serving something like this.

   Incredibly good fresh food, exactly what you want to see pre-flight. So many healthy options to choose from, highly recommend. Also, want to mention a staff member who served us and heard about our flight change that left us unprepared for this weather including a horrible experience with a hotel Sofitel staff member, gave us free food to try and accommodate the poor experience. Bravo to him, I wish I had his name because that guy deserves a raise. Not only great food but also great staff! Will definitely look for more of these restaurants in the future.

   I travel from Heathrow very often and for a quick and (almost) healthy lunch, there is nothing as Pret. Yes, it is little pricey but ultimately salads and sandwiches are fresh and with good quality options (with plenty of vegetarian choices if you don't want to eat meat), and a menu which also changes regularly.

   Food was dried due to excessive heat in the food display. Told Samir on the till but he turned back with the rudest CSR i’ve ever had. No apology, no respect and no CSR manners at all. Training is recommended otherwise he’ll ruin the name of Pret. Action needed.

   Incredibly badly run Pret. No efficiency. Staff don't seem to understand eachother and definitely didn't understand me. They had technical difficulties today which happens but it just descended into absolute chaos. I imagine it's quite a good earner purely due to the brand and captive market but one of the worst run chain coffee shop franchisees I've ever experienced.

   Pret make tasty sandwiches in lots of varieties. Their breakfast pots are excellent too. I've been told that the coffee is excellent, better than Starbucks and other chains, but I haven't tasted it. There is a lot of choice here and it's a good place to stock up before getting on the plane.

   We were very impressed with a great selection of ready made sandwiches and other meals. The prices of the sandwiches were very reasonable. The coffee lattes we ordered were expensive and not a very generous serving. But it was fast and good.

   Always get my tea or coffee at the Gate A3 Pret. I find it quieter and you can charge your phone. However this morning I was the first customer and my coffee was on the house! Nice people. Thank you
