   Fantastic food and service Visited Olive Tree Brasserie in Chester and had a great experience. We ordered the chicken gyros, halloumi flatbread, and a selection of meze including hummus and tzatziki, all of which were fresh, full of flavour, and really well cooked. The portions were generous and everything came out hot and nicely presented. Lauren served us and she was brilliant — friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a catch-up meal. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

   recently had a burger that was an absolute standout. The patty was perfectly cooked—juicy on the inside with a great sear on the outside—and packed with rich, beefy flavour. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together, and the toppings were fresh and well-balanced, adding texture without overpowering the meat. Every bite felt indulgent but thoughtfully put together. What really elevated the experience was the service from Lauren Howarth. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making sure everything was just right without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and professionalism added a lot to the overall meal and made the visit even more enjoyable. All in all, it was a fantastic burger paired with excellent service—definitely a meal I’d be happy to come back for.

   I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of vegan food for a Greek restaurant! Even down to the drinks, starters and desserts. Food was delicious, service was excellent, our waiter Donny was great! Will absolutely come back again, might be our new regular spot.

   Lovely restaurant, perfect little spot for a sit down and delicious lunch , we both got gyros and couldn't really go wrong. The fries were a little on the crispy side but asides from that can't particularly complain.

   We happened to come across this restaurant whilst walking around the city and were instantly interested in paying it a visit. So we popped in and booked a table for the next evening. We requested a table by the window and whilst we were told that couldn't be promised, they didn't let us down. The location is central, on Watergate Street and situated above shops. It is a Greek themed restaurant with a choice of traditional Greek dishes. My wife ordered the Greek fish and chips. I had the burger. Both meals were really nice, tasty and freshly cooked. The service was friendly and the staff all seemed happy. It was quite busy for a Friday night but still had ample seating upstairs if required. The prices are reasonable considering the location. Overall we really enjoyed it and if we were ever in Chester again we would definitely revisit.

   Great Sunday lunch, lovely service and a nice decor and atmosphere inside. The roast was delicious although there could have been a bigger variety of greens or some roasted carrots or parsnips. We got a groupon which was amazing value. We will be booking again!
