   From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and such friendly service it instantly set the tone for the evening. The food was outstanding every dish was bursting with authentic flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and put genuine care into every meal. The Pad Thai was one of the best I’ve ever had, the green curry was perfectly balanced rich, creamy, and aromatic and the starters were just incredible especially the sticky thai wings.

   I've been coming to TukTuk Express Addlestone for ages now, probably at least once a week! It's my absolute go-to for a reason. The food is consistently amazing – those authentic Thai flavors just can't be beaten, and you can tell how fresh the ingredients are with every bite. Plus, they always deliver piping hot, which is a huge plus. The portions are generous, offering great value for money, and the service is genuinely friendly every single time. It’s reliability like this that keeps me coming back. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else for my Thai fix!

   We ordered via deliveroo with a promise of 30 minute delivery and IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR. We called 3 times to find out where our order was and they were very unhelpful and could not provide a time of when our order was expected to arrive. They said the driver was stuck in traffic but when we checked online there were no reports of traffic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FOR DELIVERY.

   Sadly this has been the second time in row food not up to its past 5* rating. Pad Thai was really disappointing. Stodgy not rice noodle more like tagulatelli pasta, lacking flavour, lamb massaman was seriously lacking lamb 4 1cm pieces with a few potato's and a pot of sauce, panko breadcrumbs over cooked. Sadly we will not be ordering again.

   Really authentic flavours, friendly staff. They are busy at times but the takeaway I just had was delicious. We had the pano jackfruit, Massaman Lamb, chilli chips, coconut rice and vegetarian pad Thai. The pad Thai was fresh and curry was well flavoured. The prawn crackers were crispy and fresh.

   The worst food I’ve had in a very very long time. Firstly, the Bao bun, was disgusting, it was filled with salad and the chicken was very dry. The two noddles were very tangy and tiny portion size. The only saving grace was the chicken wings. No cutlery was provided. Even worse when we called we were informed that everything was halal, but when the driver delivered I wanted to doublecheck and it turned out only the chicken was. Considering I paid nearly £50 for this meal, it was extremely disappointing.

   Very nice people, great and tasty food. Once there was a mix up with delivery (our fault) and they let us order again and redelivered, even gave us extra food on the house as an apology. Really great service !
