Pre ordered tonight for 6pm no phone call nothing for us to get there to be told they are closed and will receive a refund in 5 to 7 days

Great service, went in on the off-chance late Friday night and the guy's were very polite. Even though they were mega busy made me a great burger and chips - done in no time. Recommended
Awful service. Food was an hour later than advised so in total we waited almost two hours. Then staff were argumentative when we called to check the status of the food and then lies about the food being on its way. When challenged, the staff member burst into tears down the phone stating they were overworked and struggling with orders, but refused to refund us, despite the food not having arrived. We were told the food was marked as delivered on the just eat app even though it hadn't been delivered, to avoid being fined by Just Eat. Then when the food finally arrived, it was rock hard, cold and inedible. To add insult to injury there was a beard hair in the chips. Avoid this takeaway at all costs.
Ordered food at 8:35, had arrival time of 21.40 arrived and hour late, and cold, and still asked to pay full amount. It used to take 20 minutes now under new management it takes 2 hours from order to receive. Will never use or order again. Tge food should of been free. Now I have to warm food tgat cold and should be popping hot

Absolutely shocking!!!! ZERO Stars! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Order placed at 7.22pm and after multiple phone calls getting told our food was on the way I got a phone call at 9.43pm to say the driver couldn't find my address. I asked why didn't they phone me and got some story about the driver couldn't get an activation code!! Absolutely ridiculous got two children waiting for food! Would never order from here again and I suggest others don't!
We are from derby ordered a pizza and a kebab By far the worst food i have ever had and im a transporter that transports cars up and down the country Had a bite and binned it Didnt even know such vile places egsisted WOW!!!!!!! W
I placed an order on Saturday for collection and was disappointed firstly that it took over 50 mins. Then the folded garlic bread was undercooked but the chicken wrap was overcooked probably due to time it took to make a new American burger after the first had wrong ingredients. Overall it was the worst takeaway I've had where the order was correct.
Would have given a higher star rating because the food is lovely, but what happened to free delivery over £10. Used Omar's own app to order, over £10. When it came to check out £1 added for delivery, 30p added for.....well I don't know, and that's whether you pay by card or cash on delivery. Needless to say, won't be using the app again WATCH OUT FOR THE HIDDEN EXTRAS PEEPS
