   I went to chicken city recently with my family and had the worst experience ever. I have never seen such ill mannered and disgusting behaviour. I ordered some chicken wings for us but when i saw him putting it in the box they looked rotten and old, and when i nicely asked him to put in fresh wings he gave me a dirty look and shouted at me saying that the ones he was putting in the box were fresh, but obviously they weren’t. There was a customer before us and he was treating them with respect and talking kindly with them but when we came he changed up so quick. It was almost as he was being racist and singling us out!

   To be honest don’t wanna give even 1 star. Bought from here chicken nuggets meal and chicken wings meal for my friends kids. He packed old wings already, when I requested fresh wings, he started showing attitude and body language. I said, don’t be upset, we are paying to have fresh food, he started shouting there is no difference at all. Very rude, customer service zero. Not recommended at all.

   I have been here a couple of times, and I have not been disappointed. I have had a dine in and takeout, and it has been wonderful meals always. The temperature is right, the display is good, the packaging is fantastic, and the service is great as well. The staff also are wonderful delivering good service and patient enough to help. However, there is a need to keep a constant eye on table service as food crumbs litter the table, making the table messy and uninviting. I had to clean the table myself before I could eat. Other than this, it's a great place to eat

   This place is a scam !!! Ordered off Uber eats and never turned up !! Uber told me directly that they ( chicken city ) had accepted the order … I rang chicken city to confirm and got told after 38 !!! Calls that a driver had my order and was on route by this time I didn’t even want the food, another few phone calls later and being put on hold I actually gave up .. food never turned up and over £20 down this is the by far the biggest rip off place I’ve ever dealt with !! Be ashamed of yourself guys complete scam artists .. ( after reviewing these scammers this isn’t the first time they’ve done this ) !!

   Had the worst takeaway from here . The delivery time kept changing over an hours wait . The food was cold half a pk of chips . The quoter pounder was meant to have tomato in. hardly no lettuce just loads of mayo and the bun was black. The burger was upside down in the box. Not at all happy. £22 worth of food in the bin . And when I called up past from one to another to be told to go back when I got the order on uber . Why would I want to go back when I paid for it to be delivered. Not good .

   Fantastic Takeaway if you are really looking for the charcoal/grill chicken. Good Service! BossMan knows how to cook the peri stuffs, love the shop... The manager was really Ultimate...
