   Bites/starters were ok. Main course was disastrous...salmon burger with a strange taste and half chicken raw at the bones, hopefully wont get anything after this dinner...but as the only food option here not much else you can have. Probably best to order takeaway!

   A good selection of main items and appetizers makes this suitable for dinner, conveniently located at the Hilton garden inn near Heathrow airport. Friendly staff and ability to order from our room was a plus.

   If you are expecting a Michelin experience in a hotel restaurant look elsewhere. If you want a satisfying, well cooked and presented meal steps from your hotel room this is a great, surprising option. After a long day of travel we wanted comfort food and Jack’s hit the spot. Great tomato soup to start, asparagus ravioli / beef pie for mains were both very good. Kudos to Hilton!

   After a long day at work, I chose to have dinner at Jack’s and went with the pan-fried seabass. It was served on a bed of sautéed potatoes and samphire. The presentation made a great first impression, and the flavors were quite enjoyable, though noticeably lacking in salt, which would have elevated the dish. Considering it’s an airport hotel, it was a commendable effort. To reach a five star level, the portion could be slightly more generous, and seasoning more balanced. Still, a satisfying meal and a solid recommendation to end the day.

   Overall it was alright. Can’t ask too much when you’re walking distance from the airport. The fish and chips was ok, but a little under seasoned. The hot wings were decent, and the crème brûlée was soggy. It was closing time though so I’m sure they can do better.

   The Union Jack burger, chicken burger, pizza, and fish and chips were all great! Staff was nice and service was fast! Definitely recommend this for lunch or dinner before going to the airport.
