   FAST service and more than friendly staff. At an airport you are always in a hurry and to be able to sit down, relax, enjoy amazing Italian cuisine and forget the time for just a little while, makes your next flight so much more better.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carluccio's and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, the restaurant's great ambiance instantly set the mood for an enjoyable dining experience at the airport. The personnel at Carluccio's deserve special mention for their super friendly and welcoming attitude. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our lovely waitress, Liventi, was exceptionally attentive and spontaneous, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of amazing. The restaurant manager, Carla was an absolute delight as well, clearly demonstrating her passion for running the place and providing exceptional customer service. To our surprise, she even offered us Cannoli on the house, simply because she enjoyed meeting us. It's rare to find such personalized attention at any restaurant, let alone an airport establishment. The dishes were not only visually appealing but also incredibly tasty. The prices at Carluccio's are great, especially considering the quality and flavor of the food. They offer a wide variety of typical dishes that will satisfy even the most discerning palate. I must emphasize that this extraordinary dining experience at Carluccio's was made even more exceptional due to its location within an airport. I've rarely come across an airport restaurant that can deliver such a high level of service, food quality, and overall experience. It truly sets a new standard. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Carluccio's to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The super friendly personnel, delicious food, and affordable prices make it a standout choice.    Wow what an awesome surprise waiting for us in the duty free section at London Heathrow. We stopped at Carluccio's for a bite and shared a wonderful picante pizza. Finished off with cappuccinos and canoli and lemon cake. Everything was perfect. Well done and highly recommended!!

   The worst meal I had in a very long time!! The staff were super stressed and busy having a go at each other rather than serve customers. No one told us that it would be a 30mins wait and our flight was due when we started asking about food. The family opposite us soon engaged in a full blown fight with staff and I completely understand why! When we asked for water, these were served in paper cups because they neither had jugs nor glasses! The ravioli was a tasteless, soggy mess. The margarita, tasted like leather. And the "bruschetta" if we can call it that, was just a bad slice of sourdough and tomatoes! We get better sourdough in Sainsbury's. The kitchen was full of Indians trying to cook Italian menu. Half the staff had to leave early because of Ramadan and the remaining just couldn't cope. I feel sorry for all of them but, my money was just flushed down the toilet. Heathrow needs better restaurants and more of them! It just doesn't live up to International standards and gateway to Europe!

   Reasonable portion and very quick. Meets the 15 minute turnaround. Food tastes alright as well for a chain. Sadly they don't have oat milk.

   only the music genre was a bit off but that's because I'm a very sensitive Individual to songs. I could tell why they chose those songs. very authentic food and because we were hungry it tasted like it was seasoned with rainbows! I will have to update it with pictures if I find them!

   I was at the airport at 7pm and the restaurant was quite empty, so I got a nice table and was able to chill for a bit. There was a nice Italian chap and the service was good but the food could have been better, I was a bit nervous about eating the claims on my seafood linguini because they didn’t look so fresh. Maybe another dish could have been better? They didn’t have in stock their spinach balls signature dish. To be honest, Heathrow Terminal 4 didn’t have many food options for dinner and this looked like the best. One tip - they offered to fill in my water bottles, which I thought was quite impressive for a restaurant!

   DO NOT EAT here. You have been warned. Had the carbonara and the calamari. The food was horrific. These lemons are “fresh” according to the waitress. The calamari was rock hard and don’t even get me started on the carbonara with the split sauce. And stale parsley. The service was terrible. The waitress was shouting at each other from one end of the restaurant to the other. Tables were not clean. Plates were left there until the next customer sat down.

   So waited 15m8n to be seated at a table. Then asked to move because they cannot take the order, next to family that was seated after me? No thank you. Then waited another 10mins while they worked out how to take the order. Ordered a m8nute steak which seems to be taking forever......arrived cold and uninteresting. Ate it because I was hungry. Carluccio would be cringing. Ordering another beer took another 10mins. This is hilarious now.....

   Food was OK. I am not saying it will be competitive in a busy town center but at Heathrow Terminal 4, it does the job. When I went there, the restaurant was nearly empty. I felt there was more waiters than clients. Still, I had to chase for a while to get my bill. For an airport business, this is a capital sin. I had to leave the table and go to a till to queue until a client was kind enough to show me a waiter and recommending I go to him to pay. The interaction was a bit cold especially that I didn't leave a tip because the service didn't deserve a tip. Shame guys, we shouldn't have to run after you to pay you.
