   Very disappointing experience. I’m a regular customer and usually never have any issues, but this time was different. I bought two chicken doner meals for £19 and asked for the salad and sauce to be packed separately. Last time they didn’t charge me for this, but today they said it would cost an extra £1.50. I’ve never been charged extra anywhere else for something so simple. The customer service felt unhelpful, and it really put me off.

   I initially asked for more chicken than lamb for the mix, but they like to be banterous and try to play with words, no harm i played along and they actually gave me the opposite like it was a joke. Cool. The problem is though I got served piece of thick plastic in the donner lamb and notice near the very end of the meal. Be warned! I just hope this was the only one otherwise my body's digesting more plastic than it usually does from the microplastic we already consume. When I showed them, they held no accountability, shrugged it off like they were confused (or perhaps its normal) and turned their backs on me. They thought they destroyed the evidence but little did they know i took a picture.

   We thought we were ordering one kebab and thatbthe price was heavy but in fact it was a massive meal and wow was it good. Tried both the lamb and chicken. I suggest you add spice with with garlic sauce. Yummy. Staff was very friendly.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Delicious Lamb, But Missed the Mark on Instructions The lamb shish was absolutely top-notch—soft, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Easily one of the best I've had in a long time. Full of flavor and clearly made with care. That said, I have to knock off a star because my order instructions weren’t followed. It’s a small thing, but details matter, especially when everything else was so close to perfect. Would definitely order again for the quality alone—just hoping they pay a bit more attention next time!

   Currently feeling sick after eating in here two hours ago. I ordered rice that came up microwaved ( probably was frozen), I returned it for a mixed salad. My breath smells bad and I feel sick. Never happened to me before. Probably the meat wasn't fresh enough. Customer service was good and friendly.

   Ended up here completely at random and ordered a simple quarter pounder burger. Have to say I was really impressed with the quality, freshness and taste. This one came with a vinaigrette / red cabbage mix I believe which did the trick. Unfortunately have no picture to show as I couldn't stop wolfing it down. Delicious!

   Food delivery was great, taste good. But the packaging was bad. Food came in all oily and wet. Ordered second time, same packaging problem. Would think twice to order takeaway again.
