My 4th time here and great experience if your flight arrives early and you get here just as they open. If there are long queues it's not worth the wait. The food and tea is consistent, full breakfast is a good way to revive after a long haul flight and is one of the better cooked meals and as expected at an airport, coffee and eggs could be hotter. Service is prompt, friendly with a quick turn around, prices could be better value for money.

They are truly the perfectionists! My best dining experience with dining at the airports! The staff is super friendly and obliging. The food is delicious and well presented. I had a breakfast with salmon and cappuccino with almond milk. Everything was perfect!!!

Nice decorations and setting for an airplane restaurant. The staff was really friendly and attentive. I had a latte, a croissant and pancakes (added bananas). Better than my usual airport breakfast. The menu has many more options and a good selection of drinks. If you have time (food service is a bit slow), it is a good stop before your flight

Having been to this restaurant 3/4 times, I would say that the food is consistent and it’s nice. I wish there were halal options, but that would be a great bonus. My biggest criticism is the staff here. 3 of the times I have been, it’s not been good service. It’s very slow and they are not attentive. Only yesterday evening around 4pm I would say is the first time I’ve actually had good service. This is what I think could be improved. Also, another point is the desserts. It’s very weird the cookie and tarts are served cold. I feel like it would have been better served warm. If the staffing was improved, the place would be 5/5 for me, even with the lack of halal options as there are still a few things to order.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The facilities are clean and there is music playing softly in the background. The staff were pleasant and attentive. I had a latte, that came complete with milk foam art in the shape of a heart. For breakfast I had scones with jam and clotted cream. The plate arrived warm, with two perfectly toasted scones. There were generous servings of clotted cream and jam. I found the quality of the food and coffee really good. In a busy place like Heathrow this place offered an opportunity to relax and enjoy a nice meal and coffee.

With bleary eyes from our early start we were greeted by this oasis within Heathrow. The gentleman who met us was clearly versed on how to deal with customers at that hour of the day in an airport! We ordered the Bacon Sandwich and the Poached Eggs and Bacon on English Muffins and both were cooked to (dare I say it) perfection! The great service continued with no sense of rushing us out to clear the table, which was greatly appreciated! Was definitely a welcome way to not only start the day, but our journey on to our next destination - would recommend!

Absolutely lovely! Got here at 7am in desperate need of a coffee and some nice food and wasn’t disappointed. We had the granola & yoghurt, porridge, almond croissants and coffee which were all fantastic. The almond croissants in particular were amazing- served warm and crispy. Definitely a lot nicer than the standard airport cafe. Would definitely recommend. Staff were also very attentive and friendly.

Quick delicious pizza. We order the vegetarian pizza and I feel like it came out one minute after we ordered it. It was definitely hot and delicious and the vegetables were cooked perfectly… Especially the zucchini. We also enjoyed some Earl Grey tea with our meal. Service is super friendly and very efficient. If you don’t have much time but you can get in… They seem to be able to turn you around pretty quickly to get you to your flight.

The restaurant looks good, staffs are super busy and don’t have time to talk or help much. In general the burger was just okay! The truffle fries was too oily and smelled and tasted very weird! I love truffles, but this was so different, not in a good way! I stayed for a bit in the restaurant and realised that the staff don't sanitise the tables, just wiping the table with a cloth to clean food left over which isn't very hygiene! Won't go back for sure and I would suggest avoiding at any cost due to hygiene reasons! In terms of price, a burger with chips and a coke cost £28, which is too expensive for what you get!
