   I have been a regular customer since the shop was formally called red chilli pizza however I have noticed the quality of the food is dropping rapidly ever since new management took over recently. When I brought this to the attention of the guys at the shop I was met with by this new owner he was a rude little man who had zero customers service skills. Although he did offer me a free meal next time. I don’t intend on ever returning! There are much better options for your money in the area. Overall I would give 0 to the food and -10 to the owners attitude but unfortunately google doesn’t allow such a score. So 1 star it is from me. With so many negative reviews I’m surprised hounslow council haven’t taken any formal actions yet!!

   Agree with every bad review about ‘new management’ no respect or care for the customer at all. Been going here for years and staff is lovely but new manager thinks he can speak to customers like they are nothing. Shame on you will never go here again deserves -1 star EDIT- no one is starting nothing. Learn to take responsibility for your actions. You called me back to say you will find me Lool you are an absolute joke and trust me when I say this if I’m wrong are all the people writing bad reviews wrong too? Be a man and put your hands up that your customer service is shocking. All the staff are lovely but you should be thrown out and never allowed back in. Miserable old man

   If I could give no stars I definitely would. Since the "NEW OWNER" has taken over the quality of food has gone so far down. Flame pizza.... A glass of water out of the fridge is hotter. As for the pizza base..... I know that there is thin base.. but this was ridiculous.. One it's more like a biscuit base and thinner than kitchen towel. The old staff are still there and they are amazing. But the new Manager has absolutely no customer skills at all. Kept calling me Boss. If I was his Boss he would be out of the door. Another order..was a meal deal... But the manager only gave us a burger. Luckily a member of staff noticed and sorted it out. My family and I have been going here once a month for more than a year and always eat in. But we are now looking for somewhere else to eat. We will definitely not be going back here again.

   Visited and tried lamb wrap. Test was good but, wrap size was very small. I paid 25 pound for 5 wrap. I can buy big wrap in this price with lots of salad, must give bigger wrap in 5 pound.

   I decided to try The flame today and it was well worth it. I tried 'The beast' and it was truly a beast!. Good quality meat and well presented food which tasted great . I even got a great discount today due to the new eat out promotion. Will be visiting again and would highly recommend anyone else to!

   Food (10 /10): I had the grilled chicken burger, with sweet potato fries and a grilled chicken wrap. They all tasted fresh and the spice was just right. I would highly recommend this restaurant if your looking for healthy great tasting food. The only negative I would say is the portion size for the sweet potato fries was small for £2.49. Otherwise definitely worth the money. Tried the pizza today, veggie. Very large size and tasted delicious. Fresh base, Italian. Definitely would recommend it. Price (Avg per head): Approximately £10 (burger, fries and drink) Service (10 /10): I was served by Nouman who was very polite and friendly. He explained the ingredients they use are fresh including the pizza dough which is made in house and is wholemeal. Atmosphere/ Occasion: The restaurant is small and there is a small area for sitting. It's very modern looking and clean.

   Came on a business trip from Leeds and needed a nice place to eat and drove past this place and it was amazing great prices and and the quality of the food was nice too. It had a nice base with nice amount of sauce and cheese and good helpings of meat. NOT A SLICE WAS LEFT!! Will definatly be going back again and will recommend to the rest of my colleagues too.
